Hyper Tough 1/2-inch Drive Pear Head Ratchet, 90 Tooth

Whoever named this brand had a clear vision. Tools that feel tough, hyper tough even. This thing has heft. It feels as much like a cudgel as it does a mechanics tool, but it isnt clunky. The grip is smooth and just rounded enough that it doesnt bite into your hand when you really torque down, but it still indexes in your grip nicely. Sockets slip on and off with ease when you want and stay put when you want. The ratcheting and pawl are also very smooth. It will definitely spend the rest of my life in my tool box.

This is a great addition to my toolbox. It feels heavy and sturdy. It is much easier and faster to use to remove bolts than a wrench. I used it to take a television mount down and it worked extremely well. It also fits standard 1/2 inch sockets it was very difficult to remove the tag .

This ratchet is a good sized ratchet. Moves smoothly and firmly allowing you to loosen or tighten anything you need . You can get good leverage with this Hyper Tough 1/2 inch drive pear head ratchet. It allows you to get into tight spaces and works well. The value for the price is good .

Great ratchet. I was honestly skeptical at first, but immediately after holing it I was impressed. I was a heavy duty mechanic for 10 years and have used about every ratchet around. This keeps up with the big brands. Wow is all I can say.

The material seems very reliable and the grip of the handle is placed nicely in my hand, i love that it is not too heavy or big to hold and be able to use it the sturdiness is definitely top tier as well!

I like this better than some other ones that I have because it's very sturdy it's seems like you could bang on it with a rubber mallet no problem hopefully I don't break this one like I did my breaker bar with the plastic rubber handle.

It had a high tooth count which was great for getting into tight spaces. I liked the quick release button on the back of the ratchet. The handle had a comfortable shape for applying torque.
