I don't really do a ton of sawing and I've only used it for smaller tree branches so far but it works great for what I need it for. The part that really impressed me though, was that you can rotate the blade 45 degrees from the handle so you can reach anywhere. The handle has a great grip and seems to dull some of the vibration. I look forward to using it for more projects.
I really enjoyed getting try this hack saw. I didn't have one but it came in handy for cutting thin wood for our fire pit and small pieces of our plank flooring for a small spot. The handle is comfortable and the saw feels sturdy for being a thin small saw. I felt confident using it for the first time and felt it gave good control to prevent slipping. It is enclosed on each end which i felt makes it a bit safer to use. I would buy again and would recommend.
This saw was very sturdy and sharp. I like that it's not expensive as well. It is lightweight and the handle is comfortable for short projects. I tried to include a picture of the edge of the blade so you could see it better. It's pretty easy to remove the blade too if you need a new one, but it stays secure while in use. I definitely recommend this for beginners and DIYers like me.
The frame fell sturdy and lightweight, making it comfortable to use for extended periods. The high-tension design keep the blade tight, which helps produce straighter, cleaner cut through metal, plastic and other materials
The Hyper Tough Hacksaw worked as expected. Easy grip handle and sharp blade made for ease of use. Worked well to saw. Blade is also easy to change with knob to turn to loosen blade for removal and adding new one. Can easily tighten back up.
This is a solid hacksaw. It has a comfortable grip and balanced weight that makes cutting through the toughest materials a breeze. The blade gives a nice clean cut and it's not too noisy. Overall would recommend especially for the price!
This Hyper Tough hacksaw is so much better than the rusty old one I have! Reason number one, the aluminum frame is durable! Reason number two, the soft grip handle makes it safer to hold. It cuts so easily and it stores perfectly in my toolbox. Reason number three, there is onboard blade storage.
This little hacksaw was perfect for cutting down these limbs! They've been brushing up along the side of my home when the wind blows, and it was quite annoying! Love that I was able to use it straight out of the package, as it was already sharp enough to cut through the limbs in the photos. Didn't take long to saw through them, plus, I didn't even get any blisters! Can't wait to use it for the deck I plan on extending!
I recently purchased the Hyper Tough 12-Inch High Tension Hacksaw and gave it 4 stars. For the price, it performed better than I expected. I used it to cut through a thin metal pipe, and it handled the task much quicker and easier than I imagined. The grip felt comfortable and secure, which made it simple to control. This was my first time using a hacksaw, but the handling felt intuitive and easy to get used to. Overall, it's a solid and budget-friendly tool that gets the job done effectively.
The hacksaw felt sturdy and compact. It cuts well if the thing you are cutting is less than 1-in diameter but anything more than that, you might have some difficulty cutting through it. Overall, it does what its supposed to but you are limited to what you can realistically cut with it
