Hyper Tough 1500 Lumen LED Motion Activated Solar Path Light,Durable Plastic Construction

I have installed this light on the side of my garage that used to be very dark. It needs no wiring and the solar panel keeps it charged. The motion sensing feature is a bonus. It was very easy to instal with the provided screws. The angle of the light light panel can be adjusted to make the light shine where you need it. The fact that it is not fixed to the wall but actually “hangs” on the two screws makes it easy to remove for cleaning and replacing the batteries when needed. I would suggest the manufacturers to provide a template for the holes where the screws go in. I made my own with a sheet of paper.

I received the Hyper Tough Linkable Solar LED Security Light, which is able to link up to 20 lights together. It includes a lithium-ion battery. I left it out on our deck all day to absorb the sun. My husband installed it the next day on the outside of our deck in order to light up the slope of the hill going down to our boathouse. We live on a lake and are surrounded by the national forest which makes it very dark here. We depend on security lights. This light will be great to light the path coming back up to the house at night. It came with a template to install the screws. The light mounts on top of the screws. It has a motion sensor, so the light is not on all night. This also helps when our dog goes out at night. We have security cameras so if we see this light come on, we know some thing or someone is in the back. My only concern is not being able to secure the light a little better in case of a windstorm. It also has a 2-year limited warranty. I plan to purchase more and link them together.

I just received my light today and I opened the box inside were a set of 2 screws and 2 hollow wall anchors. First off let me say if you are not using the hollow wall anchors, I would get a little longer screws with bigger heads on them to use as the screws that were provided were a little small. Other than that the light it self was easily hung it came with a paper template. I installed the light this morning on my back yard fence and it charged all day, this evening before dark I turned it on then waited until dark to see how much light it emitted. It's a sensor light so it doesn't stay on all the time which is great, the distance to activate it was about 15 ft. when the light is on it has a very clear bright light which illuminated quite a large area of my back yard. It seems to be made of good construction and should last for quite some time. Also, it has a linking feature so you can get more of them and link them all to come on at once or just certain ones. Over all it's a great light, and I would definitely recommend.

(documentation says 30) if no motion, and there is no adjustment. Detects motion in tight range, could be wider. Almost have to be directly in front of it. Documentation says it can be linked to up to 20 lights. It's not clear, but surmisable that it is wireless and they all turn on if motion is detected by one of them (not just the primary).

The Hyper Tough 1500 Lumen Activated Solar Light is literally PERFECT for our entry walkway. We needed light along the side walkway of our house. We didn't want to pay for an electrician to install a light nor did we want to drill a hole in the concrete wall to access power from the inside. This light is so easy to install. The motion activation works excellently and it literally lights up the entire walkway. It charges during the day, even if it is partly cloudy. The bonus to this light is that it can be linked to additional lights (up tp 20) of the same brand and can all be controlled as one. It is slim and attractive so as not to detract from your home's beauty while keeping safety first. We are buying more of these for sure!!

Works like a charm. Very easy to set up and use. Good bright light. I have been moving it around to find the best location for use before attaching it . I have been using it in the back of my house to scare unwanted wildlife from my yard.

These are super bright and nice lights! I took off a star just because they are quite finiky and heavy rain seems to quirk them up. Otherwise they are really good! I keep buying them because their brightness is so good in my yard, I use them for my little dogs when they go out at night.

Great invention. Powerful light that is the only solar powered device I have found that holds a "solar" charge. When you receive this, don't overthink the install, and look at the photo for this item. 1. Lift the solar panel. 2. lift the light. 3. Press on the ON switch (that is enclosed by plastic to protect from the elements). 4. Set outside so solar panel collects sun. That's it. The plastic panel gets put on your wall or deck with screws. Place it so the solar panel can angle at the sun, and so that the light shines where you want. ONLY reason I did not give this 5 stars is because the device was clearly QUITE used. It had water damage on the edges of the solar panel, the motion sensor eye had gouges, and all the paperwork was crumpled up. VERY disappointed that Walmart sold a used device as new. During the Pandemic it would take me weeks to wait for a "New" one, so I did not return it. Otherwise, the device holds a solar charge well, the motion sensor works perfectly, and this puts out a nice bright light.

i bought several of these and they were ok for about 10 days then it rained and now sometimes they come on sometimes they dont. the motion sensor when it works is not activated at 20 ft away mote like 3 to 5 ft. i love the linkable aspect but thats hit and miss also. sometimes one will come on sometimes 3 will come on sometimes none will come on. i'd rather know there was no light then to be expecting light and it doesnt work. so frustrating
