Hyper Tough 18" 26cc 2-Cycle Gas Powered Straight Shaft String Trimmer

All the weed eater you need for a medium sized yard, I also tested it in some thicker stuff clearing out some stuff that's pretty tall, no issues. Started on 2nd pull after priming it. A little off balance but nothing to major. The string it comes with is basic line but got the job done, I will use it till it's gone but then replace it with a better quality line when it's used up.

This is a great budget tool for the average homeowner! Super easy to assemble, super easy to use, and cuts grass like a champ! It's about just as good as a $300 Stihl weed trimmer but half the price. Definitely getting your moneys worth. We'll see how long this things holds up but so far I'm very happy with this purchase

The String Trimmer has a lot of power and it works on grass that has grown tall. The price was good. I did not want a battery operated string trimmer because you have to worry about have batteries that are up and running. I know that the battery string trimmer is less messy but I want the power all the time. not just when my batteries are up and running. When the batteries for these items go belly up and you have to purchase additional batteries, this means another high expense. I'll stay with my gas powered equipment.

tje Hypertough 18" 26cc works amazingly. i have a bad right elbow and left hand isnt to good either. yet i had no issues assembling. and jst as easy at firing up. It tore up the tall grass like a hot onife through butter. It is also cable of adding attachments. Such as edger, pruner, chainsaw etc.. i would definitely recommend it to others... 💯% SATISFIED

Works great but definitely better ways to remove spray tan from the cat.

Everything so far has been very good. Easy to assemble, good directions, appears to be well made. Only difficulty has been getting the line to feed when tapping the bottom. Definitely highly recommended.

I have to say I was a little worried about getting a Walmar i have to say I was a little worried about getting a weed eater for $150 and it'd be a good one, but honestly, I've used only two times so far but honestly, I would say it's worth it money as powerful easy use super easy to put together. It would be nice if it came with a shoulder strap! And yes, it does take mixed gas so make sure you get the oil with it

The guard broke the first time I used the weed eater. While the guard clamps onto the pole, there is a fastener that is apparently soldered to the pole holding the clamp. If that screw breaks loose then the guard flops around and is unusable. I tried to tape the guard to the pole but that didn't work. I don't know if the vibration of the weed eater or a cheap design flaw that causes the fastener to break loose but this issue needs to be addressed. Another irritant is the spool for the weed eater. I had to stop every few minutes to re-thread the cutting line. Also seems like a design flaw with the type of spool that is used for the weed eater. Fortunately, it appears Walmart will offer a full refund for the product even though I used it once. I thought about buying the same item again since the other features were good, power, cutting radius, etc. but decided not to because I don't want to experience the same issues on the replacement item.

Terrible. Not even 2 months in and was going to use it for the 3 rd time today, but it doesn't stay on despite having gas in it and everything new. DO NOT BUY!
