I bought this as a temporary fix for my stihl because I was tired of fixing my other saw, expecting this to work ok ish. It sounds like a dirt bike. It's much quieter than my other saws and while it doesn't have as much inital torque as a stihl, when it gets up to rpm is rips through oak like every other saw I own. I absolutely love this chainsaw because I can throw it in my trunk and use my jerry can that I keep in my trunk for a car and not have to carry around a separate jerry can with pre mixed gas. 10/10 would recommend for beginner to intermediate loggers
It's a 4 stoke - no more mixing oil/gas. My stihl saw gave out and needed a replacement for cuttings limbs, and trees on property. looked at a lot of saws online, read reviews, and watched the videos of people trying it out and was impressed with the saw, purchased it and put it to work. A little heavier than the stihl by a pound or two, but plenty of power and buzzed right thru the job. Don't know about the future, but it seems to be a tough saw at a great price.
I bought this chainsaw after we had an ice storm to help with cleanup. It runs great, cuts great, and is very easy to start. I would highly recommend this chainsaw.
Well built, lot less expensive than other brands, nicest thing is, no gas oil mixture. Unfortunately, had to order online line as the local store did not have it in stock, yet website said they had it in stock.
Loving this chainsaw! The Oregon bar cuts through mostly everything without a hitch, and it doesn't even stall thanks to the 4QL tech. Super happy with this!
Good power from the 49cc 4-cycle engine, and I really like the case for storage, keeps everything tidy. stroing the equipment is pretty easy and clean
I'm pretty happy with the chainsaw, especially the carry case which makes it easy to transport. The start-up is smooth, but sometimes I wish it heated up a bit faster.
The 49cc engine offers reliable cutting power. The saw runs smoothly and handles medium-duty tasks well. Only slight downside is the bar oiling could be quicker on start.
The chain lubricates automatically which is handy, but sometimes the start isn't as quick as I'd like. Overall, it's a solid tool tho.
Do better Walmart! Got a unit that apparently someone returned because they didn’t have the competency to fix it when they broke the chain. Mud all over the unit so apparently the return associate didn’t give a flip and failed to inspect it before accepting as a return. You get what you pay for I guess. Live and learn.Don’t buy a saw online unless you want your time and money waisted. Super frustrating!
