Hyper Tough 19-Piece 1/4 inch Drive Deep Ratchet and Socket Set (SAE and mm)

This set was perfect for my needs- my old 1/4 drive set didn't include deep metric sockets, and the ratchet gave up after 25 years of hard service. SAE/Metric sockets are color-coded, and the size markings are large and deep. I really appreciate the included socket rails, as well. A few minor quibbles- The pieces come ziptied to a sturdy plastic backer, which would be handy to toss in a toolbox or hang on a pegboard. But although the ratchet snaps back into the package, you can't get the rails to stay in place once you've cut the zipties. I'm hoping I have something in my 'miscellaneous fasteners' coffee can that will make the package more reusable. With the sockets in the rails, it's impossible to see the full SAE size on all but the largest (3/8") socket. The metric sizes line up better in their rail. Socket sizes aren't filled like the color-coded band is, so it can be difficult to read the numbers even when you can see them. I'm working on that with some paint pens I also picked up at Walmart.

Well first of all you couldn't be the price and for what I needed for it was the excellent choice in Walmart just happened to have it the best price the best quality tool available...

I have quite a few hyper tough products, while not industrial grade ,they live up to their name .Great for the above avg home owner.

Deep well and a great assortment

didn't care for how the long sockets just sit in a plastic seat, tightly...but they do hold in place, I just thought they would come in a cheap plastic case

the case is hard to open and they put a piece on the top and bottom so the socket doesn't fall off but then you can't get the socket out

Was surprised by Walmart Call center agent Suggesting Use of this item in applying for refund on another item. Please advise.
