Hyper Tough 2 Amp Corded 1/4 Sheet Palm Sander with Dust Bag, Vacuum Hose Adapter, Punch Plate & 3 Sanding Sheets, New Condition

I've been using hyper tough for a while now purchase several products was very iffy about getting a sander because even the higher dollar Sanders I've owned just throughout dust everywhere even with the vacuum attachments I've tried everything even had a table that was supposed to suck the dust down through a filter it helped but this sander right here I don't know what they did but it allows the vacuum to suck up all the dust that would normally be in the air very impressed the clips that hold the paper or actually strong and hold the paper this is hands down something I would recommend to anyone and I don't recommend anything

Works just fine for an unexpected home project. Could be a little more powerful but works fine for the money. Wish it was a bit easier to put on the sandpaper. Unfortunately, I don't have much to compare it to. Haven't used it enough to comment on dust collection bag, but what little I did do, it seems to work fine.

this had several sandpaper grits and it was pretty powerful helped me sand my walls after using compound on them to fix drywall. it had long enough cord and had some vibrations but didn't make it hard to use there was some dust but was very minimal with the bag attachment.its great quality and value and well worth getting.

love this sander the extra care to be able to use the dust into the bag or use the attachment to hook up to the hose on the vacuum cleaner is awesome! very pleased!

I have never sanded with something like this so I will just say that I will never go back to my old ways. Awesome tool. Easy to handle. Runs smooth. Does the job it was hired to do. Highly recommend.

When I opened the box for this palm sander it only took a couple minutes to get it ready to sand. I like the little dust bag that is came with. It also came with an adapter to allow you to connect the sander to a vacuum cleaner to keep the dust to a minimum. The sander worked great. It only took a couple of passes on the weathered board that I show in one of the pictures to bring the board back to looking almost new. The sander also came with a tool to punch holes in sandpaper so you do not have to buy special sandpaper.

The Hyper Tough 2 Amp Palm Sander is a solid tool. It works very well and has some attributes that are nice. This tool is heavier than I expected. This is something I prefer, because I feel it gives better control. It fits very comfortably into my hand. I tend to grip hard on my tools and end up with my hands getting tired faster if the grip is too small. The rubber grip helps to grab onto your palm. I like that the designer chose the red coloration. It makes it easier to find compared to some of the other tools I have. I've put a turned off sander down in shade and had to look a few seconds for it. The dust bag could be a little bigger, but I have some old sanders that don't have one. Always nice to not a huge mess to clean up when you're done. Even nicer to not be wearing the mess on your face. I like that the power switch is protected. Sanding can be messy and less you have to worry about cleaning the better. I've never used this brand but am considering trying out one of their belt sanders. Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend this product to family and friends.

I needed a replacement for my Ryobi unit which I've had for years. This unit exceeds my expectations. In comparison to the Ryobi; Price. No comparison. Much Less. Power. Same. 2A motor. Dust collection. The HT collects far more dust in the bag meaning less into your lungs. Retention clips. R unit has small gauge wire clips and one broke shortly after purchasing the unit. HT has much thicker robust clips. Pad size. R unit was the same size as a 1\4 sheet which meant I had to ad an extender tape strip to every pad of sand paper just so the clips cold hold it. Also with the R, there was no room for error and when the sand paper slipped ever so slightly, as it always does, the pad became exposed and got chewed up. Whereas the HT has a 1/16 " margin around the pad making it slightly smaller than the sand paper so it has excellent grip and slip allowance. Genius. Weight. Much lighter than the R making one handed operation a breeze.

With this Palm Sander, you never have to worry about refills. Included is a solid plastic template that lets you make your own refills. No more worrying about what part number you need to order. Just get your desired grit and cut using the template. Has a dust catch and a thru attachment too. A good hand sander for small jobs.

i like it but not completely happy with it it has good enough power and easy to handle the problem i have mine is that the clips that holds the sand paper down does not hold the sand paper down it wants to slide the sand paper out where it should stay when you are sanding wood . i don't use the bag or the vacuum so i can't rate or give that a review
