that's a big heavy boy. I have full confidence that it will do its job for years to come. I did have to remove the nut and change the ball position to the upside because my house is on a hill and the existing configuration had me bottoming out. I am a 72-year-old female and I did it easily with the correct tool.

It flexed a little bit when I hooked up a loaded travel trailer that was admittedly way to heavy for it. it held it and pulled the though so I'm gonna say it's a good hitch

It appears well made, sturdy, and a heavy piece of iron that should pull a light trailer with no problem

The hitch was exactly what I needed and worked as it should. The only issue i have is it did not come with the bolt and pin as pictured. I believe someone took it off before packaging

I ordered online and picked up at Walmart. Well I got one that was clearly used and didn't have the pin. I have pins but if you advertise one coming with it then make sure it has one.

If you ordered this from the Prescott Valley store, they will bring you a used rusted one missing the pin. Do yourself a favor and go directly to the store and pick it up yourself. Do not order it online.
