that's a big heavy boy. I have full confidence that it will do its job for years to come. I did have to remove the nut and change the ball position to the upside because my house is on a hill and the existing configuration had me bottoming out. I am a 72-year-old female and I did it easily with the correct tool.

It flexed a little bit when I hooked up a loaded travel trailer that was admittedly way to heavy for it. it held it and pulled the though so I'm gonna say it's a good hitch

Exactly what I needed! Bought a utility trailer and lost my old one and was super easy and convient just to pick this up!

The hitch was exactly what I needed and worked as it should. The only issue i have is it did not come with the bolt and pin as pictured. I believe someone took it off before packaging

Pin stored in hitch cavity taped shut caused rust… lots of dust, a mess when opened. The labels are poor quality and a real pain to get off. The black coating immediately peeled and flaked off the male end which mates with the receiver. None of that affects function enough t9 return it, but who wants a rusty paint peeling brand new ball mount?

I ordered online and picked up at Walmart. Well I got one that was clearly used and didn't have the pin. I have pins but if you advertise one coming with it then make sure it has one.

If you ordered this from the Prescott Valley store, they will bring you a used rusted one missing the pin. Do yourself a favor and go directly to the store and pick it up yourself. Do not order it online.

I would recommend this product for Towing what the problem I had is it was never delivered so that's why I gave it low rating
