I am an auto technician and I use power tools all the time I found this on the website and gave it a try The quality is very good and the power of the tool is excellent very happy with my purchase price was good quality is great delivery was very fast same day Will be buying a few more lol
I got tired of having to bounce on a tire iron to change a flat. I watched videos reviewing different impacts and this one actually outperformed the DeWalt. I have used it once to change a tire in it was awesome. It quickly removed and tightened the lug nuts. It didn't use much battery. Well worth the price, which is less than the competition. This is one of the best purposes that I have made.
There is nothing to dislike about this cordless impact. This gun is a beast spun the lug nuts of my Ford F-250 like they weren't even tightened. Broke the caliper holding bolts which are torqued to over 200 ft.lbs without a whimper. If your looking for an affordable and powerful cordless gun this is your man.
Overall, I find it to be very good. It's heavy than I thought it would be but the only issue I actually have with it is when I got it the indicator for the battery on the front to tell you what the battery level is at does not work other than that good product I would definitely recommend it.
I love the way it worked. It took head bolts right out. It's got the power except my battery. The light on my battery does not work and show you how much juice is in the battery. I'm gonna have to take it back and see about training for another one and maybe even buy another one you need two batteries.
This thing is fantastic. Removed all 20 rear axle lugs on my motorhome which were torqued to at least 500 foot pounds using a 33mm socket. I was very impressed. Probably hammered 15 seconds per lug but it got em loose. It's heavy. Can't speak to longevity but for the price it's great. Wish they offered a larger battery. This wrench just works and for the average shade tree mechanic it will do the job.
The new hyper tough revamp brushless high torque impact, is absolutely jaw dropping! It takes a second to get ramped up, but for the price it smashes the competition easily! The Milwaukee and dewalt's batteries cost as much as the complete set, just buy it ! See for yourself! I'm restocking everything Hypertough
Was very surprised at how powerful this inexpensive Impact wrench is. Been using daily in a garage. Definitely powerful. The only downside is it does take a second or so to come up to full torque. But still recommend this powerful little beast of a tool.
I'm VERY PLEASED I HAD SOME LUGS O MY TRUCK MY KNOCK OFF EBAY DRILL WOULDNT TOUCH I LOADED UP THE HYPER TOUGH STRAIGHT OUT THE BOX SHE DID THE JOB 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿 for the price I'm sold thank u Walmart I use my other one for my mowers it's good for them
I have a few products from Hyper Tough that have worked fine. Last product I bought is this 1/2 impact wrench in may 2025, 5 months later the battery is bad, it's not charging. I tried to get a replacement at Walmart which is 30 minutes away and was told I needed to contact Hyper Tough because it's been more than 90 days. Isn't Hyper Tough an only Walmart brand, why not just give me a battery replacement?! It's a 3 year warranty item. Anyways I googled Hyper Tough and couldn't find an email or phone number to reach them. Good thing I saved the box. I found the warranty manual with a phone number. And it's a phone to Walmart customer service, the Walmart rep said I qualify for a replacement and I was given a confirmation number for Hyper Tough to give me a free battery. To just give Hyper Tough my confirmation number, that's all they would need she said. The rep gave me a number for Hyper Tough which really is a company called Great Star. I called Great Star and it just send you right to voicemail. I left a message. They called me back 6 hours later but since I was at work I missed it. The voicemail the lady left said I need to reach them through email to make a claim. But I thought Walmart said I already had a claim confirmation number??! I called but again I was sent to voicemail and they didn't call me back. I was able to get their email from the voicemail. I contacted them with my info, confirmation number Walmart gave me, description of my issue and picture of my defective battery. They replied to me saying they needed my INFO and a VIDEO of the defective battery ughh. I like Hyper Tough products but if you get a defective one it will suck getting a replacement.
