i always looked for a 3-inch nailer, but the cost was always a factor. i bought this one for a large fencing job. 400 foot of wooden privancy fence and one jam up. great performance for the money.
Excellent tool for the job I am doing. Great value for the price and the fast and added convenience of delivery so the project schedule was not interrupted.
It has been working great. I have framed over 40' of wall. and framed a door so far. took about 10 nails to get it adjusted for the right dept. the trigger could be a little better but it's functional. Don't know how it would hold up on serious construction job.
I have a little home improvement project restoring my outdoor patio and I wanted to look into finding a decent framing nailer for reasonable price. When I found this one for $90 I gave it a try. It weighs 8 pounds, not too heavy for small jobs. It has two operation functions, you can use the red trigger that it comes installed from the factory and to operate the nailer you need to press the tip down onto the surface you want to nail and then pull the trigger to activate it. The other mode that it has is for faster nailing, probably better for more experienced people but you switch out the red trigger for a black trigger with a simple pin and then to operate the nailer all you have to do is tap the nose onto the surface that you want to nail and every time it taps it releases a nail so you don't have to worry about pulling the trigger simultaneously with each shot. I'm doing a small job so I won't be using the black trigger but it's nice that it is available. it's very easy to load and to use. There is an adjustable knob on the tip to adjust how deep or how shallow the nail goes. If you want the nail perfectly flush or if you want i the head of the nail to stop just above the surface you can do that too. So that's very convenient. Very easy to use and I'm happy with it. It operates between 70 and 115 psi. I was using mine at 100 psi and it worked great. I'm very happy with this purchase. I made a video of the item and made a demo of it in action but it doesn't look like Walmart has space for videos unless you've been invited to review
I use it for my own Home remodeling, and it works great. It's a bit heavy, but I got used to it quickly.
This nailer works just as effectively as much higher-priced models. I have never experienced jams or misfires with it. Excellent value!
strong and consistent right out of the box honestly surprised at the quality i framed an entire 20x20 barn with my ot a single problem id recommend it
When my Bostitch framing nailer stopped working, I decided to try this nailer. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I did jam more but I found that reloading before you run out completely ends the jamming problem.
I would say this nail gun is great for small projects. But definitely not for everyday use. I encountered a jam after only five minutes of using it. The jam was very hard to fix it. But overall the nail gun is good enough.
This is a horrible framing gun I had it less than 3 days and it blew a gasket or broke or whatever it did but would not recommend to anyone
