Hyper Tough 23 Gallon Heavy Duty Plastic Highboy Garbage Container, Black

I needed a tall narrow bin to hold bird seed behind an entry door. This waste bin was the perfect measurements! Even better, it has handles for when the seed gets low we can dump it into a feeder before we refill. It held our 50lb bag of black oil sunflower seed perfectly, with room to spare! It was way more convenient and quiet than the loud rustling from those bird seed bags. Before, we wouldn't open the door all the way, now we can! We have only had it a couple of weeks, but it was been a great purchase! Highly recommend.

We bought two of these 23 gal. "highboy" trash cans to hold the blue and green bags provided by our curbside recycling service. The bottoms of both of our cans are not flat. They're bubbled out a little, so they wobble. The sack cinch slot is not made like the photo shows. The slot is straight up from the hole, and does not connect to the edge of the handle. So, you have to work a small section of the bag through the round hole and then slide it into the slit. It seems to hold the bag OK, but it's difficult to get into place. Cans of similar size and shape made by a well-known name brand are available, and are likely a little bit higher quality, but they are 3-4 times more expensive. For the price (under ten dollars), I feel like these are good enough.

This looked like it had been used for 10 years. It was busted up and dirty. It looked like it had been kept outside for years. The reason I did not return it was the simple fact it is out of my way and too much of a hassle. I will just get my containers in person from now on.

Don't remember the cost. I needs thin tall trash can to fit under my counter. It has to share the space with a recycling bin. A little bit taller than the 30gallon trash bag. But I'm anchoring it with clips. Nothing very heavy goes in it. So all is well.

There was no lid for thrash can

This is very thin plastic that bends and breaks easily. I ended up buying a Rubbermaid trash can that worked for my needs. I had planned to use this to collect rainwater (I know it isn't what it's intended for) but it broke apart and had holes the very first time it rained. I tried using duck tape to make it more secure but there were too many holes to try to fix.

I was so happy to put my order in for a 23-gallon trash can. My 13-gallon trashcan kept getting full fast so we needed a bigger sized one in the house. However, I was so disappointed when it arrived. I mean the delivery guy rung the bell and was nice but the trash can wasn't. It arrived beat up, looking used, pieces missing off of it and everything. It looked like it was already being used in someone's warehouse and they said, grab that trashcan out the corner, rinse it off and ship it. i know trashcans aren't meant to be pretty but when I order something new, that is just what I want. I didn't order a used trashcan and if I did, this wouldn't even be considered a gently used item. This trashcan has been through somethings in it's life. I can say the inside is clean though, like they used some good trash bags, but that outside is absolutely horrible looking. If I was sitting this in a dusty warehouse, I probably wouldn't be so upset but this was supposed to be my indoor kitchen trashcan, so I do care and I'm a lil furious here. Walmart, I am not exaggerating. I have taken pictures for you all to see and give me your opinions. Yes I will be returning. I prefer an exchange with a new trashcan and not this used one. If this was a new trashcan, you all need to package it in a box. You all just mailed the whole trashcan, no package, no wrapping, no nothing, just affixed a labeled on it and put in the mail. I can imagine the workers that tossed it here and there and the reason that it ended up arriving and looking beat up.

SUPER PLEASED WITH THESE TRASH CANS I ODERED TWO TO SAVE SPACE AND TO SEPARATE THE CANS FROM PLASTIC AS MY CHILDREN AND I SAVE THEM FOR A RAINY DAY AND THEN CASH THEM IN , HOWEVER WAS NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH THE DELIVERY I LOOKED AS IF SOMEONE AT SOME POINT TRIED OPENING THE BOX TO SEE WHAT WAS INSIDE YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE BOX OPEN ON ONE SIDE AND THEN SEE THE CREASE WHERE THEY FOLDED IT BACK TO SEE IN IT.

i loved the price and how large it is. the slender profile is excellent. but the big draw was the slits to hold the bag. they didn't match the picture plus they needed finished ( the slit was not throughly cut ) i added stick on hooks to hold my bags in place.

large enough that my dog cannot get into it. I got a rescue and she kept going into the garbage. this 23 gal is perfect - actually I prefer the larger one instead of the tall garbage can it never really fit and always made a mess. this can is worth it
