I had an older sander and decided that it would be fun to get a new one. I have an 8 x 8 wood deck that I need to sand and re-stain every two years. The sander was perfect and the price was right. I don't do a lot of sanding but on occasion I need one and like I said for this price it's worth it.

This is the second one I have bought. The first one is still working but after a year of abuse. Sanding two large decks including the railing and the balusters. It's starting to act up. I got so much use out of it for the money. I figured pickup another one.

This sander works better than my previous more expensive one!! I no longer spend hours upon hours sanding; this gets it done quick and smooth!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Good DIY type sander for small projects, furniture refinishing, general home use. Dust collector works well. Decent value for the money.

Great product powerful and handy easy to use could be better on the bag the dust collects in kinda messy but I guess that's the nature of sanding🤷🏽‍♀️

I have the 2.5-amp Orbital Sander that is made by Hyper Tough. This sander comes with one orbital sander that has a six foot cord, one dust bag, one vacuum hose adapter, and three sanding papers in 60, 80, and 120 grit. The sander is 120 volts and 60Hz and 13,000 orbits per minute (OPM). The sander is a nice weight weighing in at about 2.62-lbs or 1.19kg. This is a powerful little sander that should get the job done. The 13,000 orbits per minute makes your sanding project seem effortless. I love the six foot cord as it gives you plenty of room to maneuver around your project. The sander has a soft exterior that provides a comfortable grip, which allows for better control while sanding. The soft exterior also helps to lower the vibrations felt by the user, which reduces fatigue in the arm. Maintaining a nice consistent contact with your work creates less vibration marks on your project. There is a covered power switch on the front of the sander. The sand paper is easy to install and aligns to the base and stays firmly in place. It takes the five inch hook back paper sand paper that has vent holes which allows for efficient dust extraction. The dust feeds into the dust collection bag that is included with the sander.

My husband and I bought a house two years ago and we've spent aot of time reminding and repairing. We didn't however had a sander despite having tons of other tools. Now that I think about how man protects this would have hped with I kick myself for not getting one! Assembly was easy and only required you to attach the bag. The bag is handy for avoiding a huge mess. The sander does just what it says it will do. Lots of power and endless projects for this little guy! I haven't bought from this company before but their products seem great quality and that they will hold up well. I used this to sand my front door before painting. It worked great and made it go fast than hand sanding. I truly have found a dozen projects for this! Excited to get started! Highly recommend! Lots of power! Easy use!

The Hyper Tough 2.5-Amp Orbital Sander is powerful and operates smoothly. This sander well come in handy when I get around to sanding the replacement hood to my pickup. My wife and I are planning to remodel our kitchen. We may opt to keep the cabinets and use this sander to refinish them. I was concerned about finding replacement sandpaper discs. However, this is not a problem because there are plenty of choices on the Walmart.com website.

Look, let's be clear, I like this sander. I recommend this sander. However, that bag is insufficient to the tasks. I am CONSTANTLY having to empty the bag. It does NOT fit onto a vacuum, and this is a MASSIVE oversight!

Hyper Tough 2.5-Amp Orbital Sander, AQ20036G My orbital sander came and I put it right to work but: Sandpaper will not stay attached to the hook and loop system. I thought at first it was the sandpaper that came with the orbital sander but after purchasing new, quality hook and loop sandpaper, I still had the same issue! This sander is 16 dollars which means the next cheapest options is at least twice the price for a similar sander. You can't expect a $16 sander to perform any better than this one does. I did push it a lot so keep that in mind. It Broke, after just a few hours of use. It barely made it through 1 simple job of sanding a few beehives I wanted to sand to paint. It's infuriating. I didn't expect it to be great or last long, but this is absurd. It should be able to do at least 1 whole job. Make sure to check the box and verify it's not used I have read reviews saying they were covered in dust and didn't have sanding pads which is an indication to me that it may have been used. I can't say I recommend this product sorry I will give it 3 stars seeing it was cheap and did get the job done before going bad. Spend a little more and get something better.
