I love my measuring tape. I carry it everywhere with me in my purse, but that could be because I'm in the middle of remodeling a house and I'm constantly leaving me. I'm measuring something even if you drop it it works perfect. I guess you could put it on a tool belt I actually have a pool bag that I use. I'm the owner getting this house ready to sell and it is just absolutely one of my favorite things to use besides my other I've become quite a tool person since I've been remodeling. I would recommend this tape measure 100%. I did learn nothing about that. I didn't know when you pulled out and you have it so far out you can snap it in plates and it'll stay on that measurement then when you wanna put it in, you don't force it back in as this will break it. Instead look at the photo where the red button thing is! This is the thing you pull up to hold your measuring in place. When your done, simply push the red button down and the tape measure AUTOMATICALLY PULLS ITSELF BACK INTO THE TAPE MEASURE!! Watch your fingers! It goes SO FAST IT WILL GET YOU! Amazing! One of my new toys!!!! LOL AS YOU CAN SEE, it doesn't take much to make me happy!

It's NOT ORANGE! Chose this particular measuring tape because the photo shows it is high visibility ORANGE. It is not orange, it's BLACK. Works fine but would not have chosen if it was pictured correctly.

Heavy and very hard to get out of the package and keep it laid down

Packing is very difficult to open. The warnings state to use safety goggles and have another person accompanying you. but the struggle to release the tape measure from the packing is not stated. Very dangerous and would be a good place for a bad cut.

Disappointingly, I cannot write a review on this item that I did not receive in my order today. I could not get a replacement and was very upset about that so I was issued a refund so not only do I have to make another order but that will be either six or seven separate Walmart orders I put in today so I'm not very happy.
