It is not as easy to put together as said. it's better if you put the top (bottom facing up). you need some kind of hammer to get up and down pieces in place. I have put two of these together two weeks apart. I had the same problems each time. They do work for what I need then for.

There were no issues with delivery. However, one of the shelves were an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE to put together. This particular shelf I believe was a previous return because it did not come packaged as the other two (2). I will probably be returning this one.

This is advertised as a no tools required. Asolutely not true. You need a mallet and even with that, it is very difficult as the poles are the same size as the holes in the shelves. When I pounded with a mallet, the plastic broke in one of the shelves. Very cheaply made. Not like ones I have purchased in the past. Would not recommend. would have returned to the store but I know I would have the same one problem with another one and this size works for me. Will look for other options in the future

Posts don't fit well into shelf-sleeves, making a very simple product hard to assemble and keep together. Fell apart multiple times; I had to duct tape the shelves to the posts in the end. Also, I had ordered several for a project, and both orders had at least one broken shelf inside, which was a pain to return.

Very hard to assemble, this should have been an easy slide poles into the shelves holes. So tight, I've never had such a difficult time putting plastic shelves together. Once you finally get it assembled and have double checked it's slide completely together, it's fine.

I have purchased quite a few similar items from Hyper Tough. This is the very first time one was thus difficult to assemble. very direct setup. No tools should've been required. no instructions were necessary. you put poles in slots then shelf on poles. However no matter how many ways I flipped, rotated, ir adjusted the poles did not fit into the slots. As it was more than a month after purchase before I opened the product I did not try to return. I ended up using a heat gun to mold the pieces to fit together and a copious amount of industrial strength adhesive to ressolve the issue. Normally the products i've received from this company are 5 star! this one however, unless buyer intends to use ingenuity and grit, I do not suggest purchasing!

As a woman, this was impossible to assemble. No matter how hard you push, the poles will not go into the shelf. I even took a washcloth and tried using a hammer on the side, still it would not go in. Nothing should be that difficult to assemble. I purchased a different brand, and it assembled in 5-10 min.

The legs would not fit. It seems like there should be a female end and a male end, but the legs are the same diameter throughout. I could not get them to go all the way into the holes and when they were in the holes, they were in there somewhat crooked, so the shelves were crooked. It said online there was a QR code to scan to give assembly instructions. There was no QR code anywhere. There was a phone number listed on the information online. He was not helpful. He kept looking and had me on hold but couldn't find any info. He said he could send someone to my house to put it together!! SCARY!!!😱 Extremely frustrated and disappointed because I needed these shelves!

This piece of garbage came with the top four legs missing. I have been trying for weeks to get the company to send them to me, and I haven't gotten anything. I told the people at Walmart about it, and they looked at me like I had four heads and told me that it could not happen because it was new and in the sealed box. My only recourse was to contact the company that made the item. In fairness, it does appear that it would be a sturdy item for me to place excess cookware on. However, the rest of the commentary in my review is firm.

Put this item together so many times even with a hammer I don't know if the poles are just not the right size but I will never purchase again I never write reviews but on the count of I say some glass on top and it just fell apart I had to I am so upset with this item so unless you are someone who can tweak things after you buy them I would scythe purchase and I'm a welder so I'm pretty decent at putting things together
