Hyper Tough 3-Tier Rolling Utility Cart, White, 495 lb Load Capacity

I'm 79 yo woman. carried box to third floor apartment. Thankfully it's not too heavy! Took about 2 hours to assemble - directions are good BUT leave out 2 important items 1). the click on sleeves to hold up shelves, need two of them to lock. 2) when putting the shelves down on poles must put large side of shelf hole onto pile so it covers the sleeve. A no brainer for bottom shelf but the middle shelf is deceiving bc it looks like little shelf guard goes up, whereas apparently it's decorative. Rolls great. Put countertop dishwasher on mine %26 can roll it to sink. It's wonderfully

i am a walmart cashier. i ordered this wheeled cart in white, for kitchen use. it is sturdy, easy to put together, and has 2 locking wheels. its not just for the kitchen, it could be used to transport food, dishes, any supplies for a patio or deck party in the summertime. very versatile! 3 generous hooks on one end, and a sturdy handle on the other. Great item, very well made, and a reasonable price!

Easy assembly, no tools required. Very sturdy, even when rolling the cart across the floor. The casters swivel freely and the cart rolls smoothly, 2 casters can be locked. I placed a large cutting board on top to keep items from falling through the wire shelf and to have a uniformly flat surface to set things on. The height is perfect to use the top as additional counter space when cooking and is handy to move heavy things from sink to stove, etc. Have used larger appliances (air fryer, toaster oven, coffee pot) on top of cart to keep counter space clear, then store them underneath after use. Shelving and basket heights are adjustable, adding the cart handle and hanging hooks are optional also. Great addition for our small kitchen that doesn't have much cupboards or counter space. Shipping box arrived torn and tattered but everything inside was packed securely, no problems at all. I like everything about this cart and would highly recommend this to anyone.

It'sery easy to assemble, did it by myself and I even took it apart and reconfigured it a couple of times and made the basket the middle tier in the end. using it for a dish drainer since I have no counter space and don't care for a pile up in the sink. Works beautifully.

This is an assembly nightmare. I don't know if I have a defective product or what, but getting the shelves onto the plastic clips on the poles was an almost impossible feat. The bottom shelf went on fine, but the top 2 shelves will not fit onto the sleeves like they should. I got them on "well enough" for what I need, but they're definitely not on as tightly as they should fit. I even took it apart and tried assembling it upside from the directions, hoping that would help, but it doesn't work that way either.

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with this product! The directions for assembly were unclear, the diagram did not match the actual product, and some of the parts were plastic! I bought it to put my toaster oven on so it could be moved around my apartment. I am in a nursing home and have no way to take it back to the store!

Packaging and parts of the cart arrived damaged. Box appeared to have been previously opened and taped back up. One end of box appeared to have been struck by something and damaged and bent one of the shelves that caused the corners to be misaligned with the poles. Further assembly stopped. Will return for replacement.

The connector for the wheel is missing. I called several different numbers and sent emails to get the missing part. I got nothing in return no calls no emails. What good is a cart with three wheels? It would be a nice cart if it had four wheels. I will be returning this.

This would have been a great cart (especially for the discounted price I paid) had it not been damaged beyond repair when it arrived. Unfortunately, one of the corners of the basket was completely split through so that it was not going to clamp down on the bar stoppers. Also, one of the shelves had minor bends in the weaving wires. Glad I was able to return it. I chose something else completely different. Best of luck if you decide to give it a chance.

I could not get this assembled. The 4 poles at the corners are actually 8 poles that are tapped and threaded and they screw together. I could get three full corner poles screwed together, but the last 2 pieces would not screw together, so It went back to the store.
