It was good that I had major problems with your complicated text instructions. I went in the store to accept my order. That item was “Junk”. It had been pirated meaning pieces were missing. It looked like someone had tried it out and didn't put it back together correctly. The clerks were gracious and very helpful. They swapped it for a new one off your shelf. Your return procedure is rotten. Too complicated!

The store is too far away for a one item trip, they offered "next day" delivery so I took them up on it. Nice simple 6K%23 hitch, well made and what I needed, how hard can it be? The problem is I NEED IT, the 5/8" pin and clip are missing. It was obviously removed at some point since all the tape holding it inside the receiver tube is gone. All I get from the website is return and replace or "chat" with an inanimate object, I've no time for that and I'm not driving round trip for a $3.00 hitch pin, I found a rusty 5/8 bolt that will work for now, think I'll just get a new bolt the right length anyway to lock it in place and prevent someone from walking away with it. If you're looking for a 4" drop hitch it's well made with a small gusset and welds look good, just go to the store in person I guess. .

While made of quality steel, the hitch receiver holes aren't aligned properly. One side is correct and the other a bit low. Had to grind the opening to match the hitch.

My item was missing parts is missing the silver bar and Th he cotter pin

This was not a kit it came with only the bar. No pin, no ball.

the hitch did not come with the hitch pin. the pin is clearly shown in the picture.
