[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These hyper tough Galvanized steel screws are tough and get the job done. Not only is the Driver hole design very well, They don't allow the screws to strip which is a problem of mine. I highly recommend these
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You won't be screwed if you opt to go with these. Fastened your seat belt, because these will affix your problems. All jokes aside, these screws are great. They have a solid head and my drill grabbed them easily. They went into the wood easily and have held together very well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the 1lb 8x3 GLV deck screws and they are great. We are rebuilding our deck and these screws are the perfect length that we needed. They go in easy without using any force and they don't turn sideways like another screw we tried. These screws came at the perfect time to finish our deck.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this screws to put new boards on my deck and they work great, it's nice that they are corrosion protected as they will last a long time. The Philip's head is also very strong and does not strip if you use the right tip.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] just what I needed for the barn. 3 Inch for the stalls was plenty of length and Im impressed it never came close to stripping the heads out and a went in fast and smooth. Was also able to retract some and rescrew them with no issue.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I power wash the deck every year but after taking a good look, I started taking it all aparto rebuild. New exterior treated deck boards and 2x6 joists. I used the Hyper Tough #8 3" screws and it was like butter driving them into the boards. The screws are steel, coated and have a phillip's head. Went through the 1 lb box in nothing flat. Went out and bought a few more boxes of this size and stocked up on the other sizes they offer. The little woman and the kids helped using the battery powered screwdriver once I got them started. Made for a good family day. Good quality, well made, fine threads and excellent grip. These are a keeper in my tool box!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these deck screws to repair a small section of our deck. The screws are very strong and they stayed in place very well. Goes into the wood with ease and doesn't split it. They've been exposed to a lot of rain and they haven't even rusted.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these screws on an indoor home project and they stood to the challenge. I was amazed on how smooth they good through wood and held up on a large shelf. I would definitely buy another box in a different size.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are okay, they certainly get the job done but would not be my go to or everyday screw by any means. For an average home owner to make a repair on a deck board or fence post probably suffice. For daily use, no thanks. Not a big fan of the Philips head it my biggest complaint. Star bit is much better. Long term not sure how the coating on these will hold against weather only time will tell. Overall for professional use I would stay away for home use not bad to have around the garage.
