Several settings and the high setting is very bright. Very comfortable and the tilt adjustment is handy. Recharges fast. Good value.

Strap is the most comfortable one I've had .
I've used my first one for several hours. Immediately bought more. I use headlamps for work at least 2 hours a day. I only buy rechargables. Pros: charging port underneath. Has smart sensor brightness which should save battery. It's a reasonable brightness for measuring feed and general chores. Magnet is handy, I have steel plates in various locations for this. It will be useful in a power outage. Great for farm, camping, work, emergencies. Con: A wee bit chonky, (I have a small head) I'm hoping that means a long battery life. I wish the low setting was a touch lower and more focused. I have no idea how many charges they can cycle. Previous farm brand has lasted 3 years.

Bad Design
The magnet is on the light. NOT the "adjustable" base. If the magnetic securing point is not facing the work...too bad. You cannot "click it down" into a 45 degree angle. The "adjustable" part is NOT magnetic. So you STILL cannot see what you actually NEED to see.
