Love the 5 Tier chrome shelving. I've bought several for inside and garage spaces. Pros: Versitile shelving heights. Change heights as needs change. Simple assembly. Strong enough for garage supply storage. Pretty enough for kitchens. I have them in my craft room. Attractive. Good pricing. Optional Wheels and hooks available. I added cart covers for privacy and dust protection in garage. Free standing and not attached to walls. Bonus: Take them with you when you move! Win-Win. Cons: Some metal connections have sharp spots and may require light sanding. Have received two units with bent pieces from factory where boxes were intact. May need assistance with assembly until you get the hang of it. It gets easier ater the first few pieces are together. I'm a woman and don't need help. Enjoy this space-saving tool!
NO PROBLEMS! :) I have had these in use now for over 1 month, loaded up with canned goods and other groceries! Assembly went just fine, I didn't even need a rubber mallet as suggested in the directions! Speaking of which, I followed the directions to the "T"! :) I have nothing but GOOD to say about this product, especially a reasonable fair price! I will definitely buy these again if I need some more, and I definitely will recommend them to others! :) I DO however have ONE tip, get the shelf liners made for this brand! I am currently using folder paper grocery bags, and they do the job, but a bit of leaning (cans stacked 2 or 3 high lean just a tad) at the fold in the bag. In a nutshell, the shelf liners need to be made of a plastic similar to a gallon of milk plastic, make sense? These are "WIRE" shelves, with something like an inch, maybe a little less? between each "wire". I think I saw these pre cut wire shelf liners sold here at Walmart too, if not I saw them some where! :O
I was looking for a nice set of shelves for our garage but they are so expensive. I had really considered buy plastic ones until I came across these. I purchased 2, set them up and went back to buy a 3rd set but they were sold out. I truly wish I had purchased another but I’m super happy with the 2 we have. Also the assembly was super easy. I put both of them together with in 45 minutes. No tools are needed but I would recommend a rubber hammer to ensure connection. Overall 5 stars, Will buy again if they restock them.
It was the perfect size and shape , easy to assemble! All together perfect for organizing my home health club!
Great product. My wife used it for her indoor plants.
I was looking forward to this being put together. I checked to make sure that all pieces were in the box before I started working on it but didn’t realize that one of the poles was not like the others and couldn't figure out what was going on until after the fact. The ends on one pole was made incorrectly. Still very usefulness when put together but super frustrated at first.
Need better quality control on shipping standards. The product isn’t bad, but the quality being knocked down by the middleman(fedex) ultimately is on Walmart.
Shelf rack itself is fine and as expected, but rods, shelves etc are rusted and look worn/used!
Absolute garbage. The inside of a bunch of the support poles were rusted. I could have looked past that since it was only on the inside and likely wouldn't have compromised the structural stability too much (and I didn't want to deal with the hassle of a return) but then the shelf holes wouldn't fit properly over the plastic lock components even with the use of a rubber mallet. Either the inside diameter of the shelf holes was too narrow or the plastic locks were too wide. Yes, I made sure everything was right side up; I'm very meticulous. It might have just been my unit but this was a total quality control failure. After returning this, I will shell out a bit more money to get something decent instead. What a waste of time and an unnecessary cause of frustration.
It just arrived today and this is how it looks before even opening it. There's no way this is new. I definitely just paid for a used, beat up product that was advertised as new. They didn't even try to make it look decent. A huge disappointment. I have a second one coming soon but hopefully it will be new and not beat up like this one. I want to be able to keep at least one.
