I ordered a two pack of four tier heavy duty shelves. They arrived within the expected delivery timeframe. What we have seems like a good choice for our attic storage project. The boxes were unmarked other than the shipping labels. Once opened we discovered the shelves were missing 8 posts and two shelves. I messaged Walmart and was advised to message the manufacturer. I ordered hypertough however, had to go through Koolatron. Communication has been difficult as it seems messages are going through translation and are delayed. I am waiting to see if we are shipped the missing components to resolve the issue. Our storage situation remains incomplete, going on 3 weeks.

it would have been great but I didn't receive what I ordered. I want to reorder, but don't want the hassle of receiving 3 tier shelf again instead of 4 tier shelf.

Do not buy this! They send you shelves that are half the size and won't fix their mistake. 100% false advertising/scam. The shelves they send are only 14”W x 30”H

I also was sent 3 tier shelves instead of 4 tier shelves. It is very aggravating. i don't trust reordering, since it wilk probably happen again.

This is advertised as two-pack but it comes as a single and then it doesn't give you option to replace it or get the two pack. The only option is to get a refund. You get a refund and reorder it and get a single again.
