This is the first time I've ever actually used a product like this. I have a prowler in my grudge and I've never used the wedgebefore until now. It's heavier than I thought it would be. I actually just watched it under the tire. Put it in a neutral then try to push it. It didn't move one bit at all. I actually would recommend this product and this brand somebody was looking for something in that nature
first time using the hyper tough wheel chock. I found that the hyper tough lived up to its name. seriously this is a very sturdy chock. the first test was on our family's pop up camper. I chocked only one wheel and felt safe enough to do jumping jacks even though the camper was on a slight incline. later that same day I chocked the family pick up a 20 year old GMC that was in desperate need of an oil change. with the wheel secured by the hyper tough I set about watching YouTube videos trying to learn how to change the oil. while I gave up out of frustration the hyper tough never did. very pleased with this advanced wheel chuck. notes: appearance: the hyper tough is reasonably attractive construction: Very solid thanks to rubber polymers. smell: Smells like the inside of a vinyl swimming pool ( in a good way)
The Hyper Tough Ribbed Rubber Wheel Chock is heavy duty. The weight to it was more than I anticipated, but still easy enough to handle. I keep it in my trunk in case of emergencies. It serves its working purpose by preventing your vehicle from rolling backwards.
This wheel chock is well made and feels sturdy and durable, even with the hollow core design. It still has a good weight to it. I tested it with my truck and a camper trailer and it worked reliably in avoiding any rolling. It worked well across different surfaces I used it on so far. It is a straight forward tool at a reasonable prices.
This wheel chock is easy to carry but also not so light that it will fail. The height of this wheel chock is a perfect fit for my lower sitting car, as I used it to keep my car from moving when it was jacked up. This is a great cheap option for a wheel chock because it does the same thing that many more expensive wheel chocks do.
These wheel chocks are lightweight but feel surprisingly sturdy. The plastic is thick with reinforcing ribs inside, so they don't flex easily. I also like the built-in handle on them, which makes them easy to move or position. They're compact enough to store in the trunk but large enough to feel secure when in use. Overall they're well designed and practical for keeping on hand.
My son changes his own oil and has typically used a rock to prevent his car from rolling back. I'm sure he will get a lot of use out of this chock. It's heavy duty and looks well made.
This is great, very weighty and thick! I was surprised it's a lot smaller in person than I expected, but should still work great. My only major concern is that the description states it holds 5,000 pounds and the product itself says 15,000.
The price point is great for such a solid wheel chock. It is exactly as described and made in the USA with recycled material. Overall, this is a great product being sold at a very fair price.
I have plenty of chocks that I use due to RV, body shop owner, etc. this one ranks as average. I tested it on a truck I was working on in the shop with the ground being a little slippery due to oil and such. this chock would every so often slip whereas the top ranking ones ive used catch every time. it would be good for someone working in a clean environment or maybe rocky, but not any sort of slick condition
