You will need a screw driver for the job and maybe an extra pair of hands. My son installed one the exactly the same and it works great. You can program it for your own security and setup.

It needs 4 AA batteries but that is average for a digital door knob. Material is sturdy and color looks really pretty. It comes with 2 keys and QR codes to follow instructions!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This digital doorknob is made by Hyper tough; it has an oil rubber bronze color. I have wanted to get a digital lock for a long time to see if it was something I would like, and I do! It's convenient if you have your hands full and forgot to get your keys from your purse or pocket, or if you get locked out, because the doorknob will remain locked when you go out and shut the door behind you, unless your un-lock it first, inside before you open the door. It was really easy to install, programming wasn't hard. You can program 50 different codes into it. It also has vacation mode, so no one can use their code while you're gone if you do not want them too, but they can get in if you give them a one-time user code to temporarily open it. It has a timed auto lock, and one touch lock. Also has a backlit panel for night use, failed attempt lockout period in case someone tries to use their onetime code without permission, and a low battery indicator. This is well worth the buy not only for convenience but, it can be used inside a connecting garage, or outside on the front door. It also comes with two keys. I would recommend this lock.

It will work then one time it will just lock me out. I press the right point see the green light hear it unlock then when I turn door knob it's still locked. Lost box so I can't return unfortunately

Unnecessary, components! I tried this brand against my go to Yale and I will be staying with Yale digital locks. Quick and easy installs where with this one was very complex and frustrating
