This is a high quality staple gun. If you are going to buy the staples while you are buying the gun, then you can buy Arrow JT21 staples available at Walmart.

Does not come with any staples so you will need to buy some. It is lightweight & easy to use. I’ve always wanted a staple gun for my craft projects but never used one before so I wasn’t sure how to even put the staples in. I figured it out pretty easy, you pull the pin out by pressing in & down on the little side piece. There’s only one place on side of gun that will let you do this so it’s just trial & error. Once out, put staples in facing down. I want this staple gun to last a long time so I watched a video that had good tips. When ready to use, push tip of gun down first then squeeze. When done using, it’s best to take staples out until next use because over time the spring inside will start to wear out from always having staples in it. So far it’s working great for me. I definitely recommend this affordable staple gun for light projects.

The first thing I noticed about this staple gun is that you do not get any staples! I had some on hand though, so I did a small upholstery project with it. As I looked the stapler over, I noticed how much it has in common with an old classic stapler that has been around for years. One nice improvement is that it has a latch to hold the stapler closed for storage and probably safety measures. On the upholstery job, it proved to be just as reliable, setting the 5/16" staples I chose flush every shot. The job was quickly done, and done well. I also appreciate the fact that there is a 5 year warranty! Hyper Tough is willing to stand behind this tool. That is always nice to know going in. Makes it pretty hard to beat, really! This Hyper Tough light duty staple gun seems to be a good choice for your shop or toolbox!

You would think this item would actually staple things down, well not even on sheetrock. On top of that it jammed every other staple. I just wasted my money on getting this trying to just place pictures on the wall for my grandkids to learn and interact. But this was not the way to go, even though it was a solution at the time, that now I truly regret. I was suppose to be a simple hold to the wall and staple. That turned into having me patching up my walls.

I was hoping for a staple gun that is easy to squeeze( that was ok )and sturdy enough to cover furniture . It did not turn out that way. first off it should come with staples. 2nd the size on the staple gun and the staples in the store fit but won't do anything. sucky product. i could break my disapointment down further but I don't have space. do better and stop conning people with products that don't work just because its at a low price. shame on the company. 👎

The stapler totally broke after only using four staples. I would never recommend this product to anybody. Now I am troubled with returning it to the store.

Not only did I waste money on the stapler also wasted it on Staples! Ended up getting one from Home Depot, which worked great, but put me behind schedule.

The item I ordered was a stapler it wasn't available iit was substituted and it was sent without staples I was very disappointed the point of having it delivered was so I didn't have to go out but

Terrible terrible purchase! I will be returning. The very first staple jammed then the rest of staples shot out three at a time, and, when they weren’t shooting out three at a time, the bottom of the staple gun would pop open and the entire row of staples would fall out. Not only was I unable to use it, but, by the time I was finished trying, the gun had simply fallen apart. The bottom of the gun shifted and the spring to hold the staples in would not push into the gun. Idk if I just got a “bad” staple gun or if this is all of them. But, from my experience with this particular one I would 100% NOT recommend.

I initially tried this with 3/8 staples. They don’t fit at all. I tried the 5/16 staples, they didn’t fit either. Tried the 1/4 staples and couldn’t get those in either. Super frustrated! I bought another staple gun and it easily fit all 3 as advertised. This is false advertising because NONE of the staples would fit.
