It is good light. Being solar is very good. It puts out a lot of light when it senses a presence. Had got one before about 2 years or so ago and still doing the job.will definitely get more.

i love this solar light. it reflects a little light all the time unless motion is detected then it becomes bright! the light panels are movable in different directions, easy to install and the simplicity look i love. i read a review on here about it getting so hot it melted the plastuc? seems strange since its a solar light. im definitely going to purchase more. Great Solar Light. I love it ! i wish it came in white.

Excellent and bright solar light. After making sure the batteries were fully charged before first use, they lasted about 6 hours. The light does not fully shut off, but goes into a low power dim mode, when motion is detected, it goes brightens the lights. So to make sure the batteries last, it is best to place the light in a location where it will not be set off at random, such as where there are trees or bushes, as when it gets windy, the motion from the branches will keep the light in high light mode, and will drain the batteries faster. The batteries are 2 18650 lithium ion rechargeable cells. I used a universal battery charger to initially charge up the cells, otherwise, you have to keep the light turned off for 3 days to fully charge the power cells before first use. I personally think this is a great value for the price for a walkway?landscaping light. If you are looking for an all night security light, best bet would be to get a wired motion sensor light. This light can be all mounted or pole mounted, but to get the maximum light output, it needs to be placed in a location where it will get the maximum about of sunlight during the daylight hours to charge the batteries.

This gives off a lot of light for the money! This was very easy to install on one of the poles on my kid?s trampoline so they could jump at night since schools is out! I?ve had this about 3 weeks now and the light stays good and bright while they jump at night! I highly recommend this solar light!

This light is the perfect solution for my entryway. It's as bright as my light fixture with two 100 watt bulbs. But I don' t have to pay the electric bill when everyone forgets to turn off the light after they get home. I'm so happy with it, I ordered 3 more . It doesn't have to be on a pole. I just mounted it to the side of the house and tilted it so the sensor catches when someone walks up. I'm going to put one by my trash cans and mount one on a pole next to the barbeque.

Great light output, apparently the reviewers stated it stays on dim then brightens up are reviewing a different light. I bought it with the reviews in mind, i built a set of stairs/dock in front of our camper site to the river and needed a constant dim light source that would brighten upon movement. Well this one does not, it only lights with motion but it is extremely bright but does not stay on long enough for my application. As I write this Im sitting here under it trying to watch my fishing rod, just a minute ago I walked down the steps and about 10 feet to a rod and the light went out before I could get to the rod, I nearly killed myself trying to get back to a pointthe sensor could see me. Now back to the dim then bright issue, I contacted the phone number in the owners manual to see if I was missing something but from the sound of the voicemail I reached Im pretty sure it was an answering machine at someones house, probably can blame that on Covid, Anyway 2 weeks later Im still waiting for a phone call back, i had high hopes for this light but I have since ordered another version from Amazon that I can set up the way I need it. The main reason I purchased this model was the local availability but since our local Wal-Mart has announced that they were no longer accepting cash and requiring the use of a mask to enter I guess Ive been pushed to order everything from Amazon or better yet support our locally owned stores. From the looks of the website mandatory masking starts Monday so I guess they will be receiving this light back today before that starts. Sorry the review was so long but they were multiple issues in play in this circumstance.

The price, specifications, looks, mount ability were all perfect for my application. After about two weeks something inside has gotten so hot the plastic is melting and changing shape. Now the weather seal around the PV panel is non-functional and the rain just goes right through. Although I'm more concerned with the amount of heat that was needed to distort that plastic. I don't have the box or receipt so here's hoping WalMart will accept their product back. Fingers are crossed.

Followed directions (3 days of charging). On the fourth day I turned it on and it worked great. The next day it wouldn't come on. Took it to the battery store and was advised nothing wrong with the battery. I had already tossed the materials so I'm stuck with something that doesn't work. Contacted the company with no response. I loved the light for the day it worked but product is faulty and seller is non responsive. Cannot recommend this product.
