This purchase was my second purchase of the same product but different company. So once my Hyper Toys Hoover board I had another item here to compare my new purchase too.

My 8 year old son loves it, he figured it out in about a day. It's super simple to connect the Bluetooth speakers, and it sounds pretty good for a hover board. If you're on the fence just buy it!!

Bluetooth connection doesn't work
The hoverboard is SUPER sensitive and poses a higher fall risk than the adult version hoverboard I bought for my eldest daughter. But more importantly I bought this bc of the design, the fact it had the LED, and that it connected to Bluetooth and played music. BUT no matter WHAT I do this thing will NOT CONNECT- I've deleted and redownloaded the app, I've turned the HB off and on. I've reset the calibration. I've tried everything Google tells me and still- nothing. And it's too late to return. So annoying. My dtr is so bummed, just gave it to her for her bday.

Not great.
This hoverboard broke within two days. It was being ridden indoors on a flat surface. I cannot find my receipt or any links from the purchase. Glad it was on sale.

Would not recommend
I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. She opened it. It will only go in reverse. It won't go forward. I've contacted them numerous times. No response. I have one very disappointed granddaughter.

Horrible product, brand new and it didn't work at all. We fully charged it and it wouldn't turn on. We tried everything, when we called the company, not only did they handle it completely unprofessionally but they also refused to refund me even though it was still within the 30 day return policy. Do not buy this product, huge waste of money.
