This device is easy to grasp, and to use on your own. It is good for loosening muscles that bunch up, and is also great for the bottom of your feet.

Instant calf relief
I have struggled with tight calves as I have ramped up my running mileage and the hyper sphere has been a game changer! Instant relief when I roll out with this. I enjoy it both pre and post run. I also love the glute release that I can get get from this. It's a great compliment to stretching and I can get a deeper release than with a roller alone. Highly recommend!

I am quite surprised by the power of this little ball. initially turned it on.It had a very strong vibration , then to find 2 more settings of intensity, I was quite amazed. I haven't used it a whole lot yet, as I've only had it for a week or so, but I am impressed and pleased with the purchase.

This product was ok. It vibrates really well, but it's really hard to use. This is more of a two person massager. The three vibrating modes would do the job if I was able to use it on my own. Unless you have someone else to roll it on you, it's pointless. I will be returning mine.
