I used a friends hypersphere and so I decided to buy one my self. I struggle with sciatica and this ball gets deep in muscle to help relieve that pressure. I routinely use this and don't have any more issues with that pain. Great product would recommend to anyone!

If I could give this 10,000 stars, I would. Unlike the larger foam roller, this magnificent contraption is a game changer when it comes to Myofascial release therapy. Just buy one. You won't regret it.

Great product made for ensuring you get pressure and massage in all the right places. Very versatile and strong. Back and calf muscle are my favorite sports. I have the hyper ice gun too so combining these are life. Highly recommend

Love the concept of the Hypershere, but it was too big for me. I ended up returning for the Mini and love it.
