Plugs into regular AV port and turns it into HDMI… works infinitely better than the other converters I have tried. Also works in tandem with an upscaler with an hdmi coupler. Made the Wii playable again!
Very easy to install. It works great and I would recommend to others.
Looked good. Not sure about the latency
Awesome product!!
Plugged into the Wii, plugged into the TV. The Wii home menu came up in glorious 720 by 480i. Going into the settings, changed to progressive. Haven't had a chance to play an old favorite but looking forward to seeing it. No fuss, no trying to figure out what color goes to what plug, pretty easy. Might look for an upscaler but the cable simplified setup and take down for a nostalgia hit. Now to get through that Wii and Gamecube backlog.
Plug and play. Sends the 480p and sound signal to the tv without issue. It does not upscale the SD image, but works as advertised.
Just what i needed it took awhile to get here though
The Hyperkin cable works as intended. Better than the Wii2HDMi adapter. The image quality has no distortion interface and the sound is also clear. At least for what I have notice. I saw reviews about other people having black screen issues, so I was skeptical of buying this cable at first. But I notice that all you just have to do is reset the HDMI port for TV, so It can pick up the Hyperkin signal if you where using other type of connections prior to using this cable. I did had to reset my console at least 3 times because it wasn't picking up the signal. After that it all worked fine. It looks like the HDMI ports need time to recognize other signals. I now have the Hyperkin cable connected to my Mclassic. I'm happy with my purchase. No issues here.
the cord does not work. when hooked up the green power light does not come on. completly unusable... waiste of money...
Dosent work on any one two of my tvs Both are samsung tvs And the same with the tv downstairs
