I didn't buy this for gaming. I bought this so I could easily see the keyboard (letters light up) and the keys feel like that of an electric typewriter (learned to type on a manual typewriter, then switched to an electric). The keyboard has some weight to it so it doesn't slide around the tabletop. Ended up buying one for my husband and he loves it also.
For years It's been increasingly frustrating that plastic keyboards keep getting lighter and wear out faster. The solid weight of the Alloy Origins keeps it soundly on the desk and the key response is precise and dependable. Love the customizable LED colors too
Like it very much
Best keyboard I've ever had!
Everything is beautiful about this keyboard. The keys have a great sound, the metal housing on the bottom makes it heavy, and the tactile switches are great.
Plagued by Microsoft ergometric keyboards wireless that caused my HP laptop computer to add multiple z, t or commas or delete text unendingly I chose to abandon MS KB and buy the HyperX with a USB cable. No longer have problems and can type in low light. chose the one with red keys - easy action - seems very solid. Small enough that I can put in my back pack and take it to work too.
This keyboard sounds amazing, it isn't too clickily and has a soft padding like click. The curved keycaps is a nice touch as well as the detachable cable.
Aqua switches feel great and satisfying to type on. HyperX makes great gaming keyboards. One gets the feeling that whoever is in charge over there really knows what they're doing.
Great keyboard design. Hefty yet light to the touch. Bouncy very spammable keys for gaming or typing. The actual graphic design does leave something to be desired as it doesn't really have much to do with Itachi or the Akatsuki. Very disappointed there is no Sharingan anywhere on this keyboard.
It's very nice. I only give it a 4 star over 5 because it could have more features. As a streamer it would be nice to be able to change/skip/pause/play tracks without tabbing out. Those buttons in the top right would have made the keyboard perfect!
