buy this metal one, it will probably be the only one you'll need in your lifetime. every year i am buying a new plastic one because it is cracked from the heat.

This baster does what it is suppose to. I like that it is stainless. It is easy to clean with the included brush. I havent tried the injector attachment.

This set is handy not just when you roast a turkey during thanksgiving time but also when roast a whole chicken. This dish is a staple in my home and I use the forks to turn the bird and baste it with the juices while it roasts in my oven. Love that it is stainless steel!

After using the same plastic baster for 30 years, this was a welcomed tool!

Haven't used it yet but I'm sure it's good as any other like this. It was supposed to be delivered day before Thanksgiving but it arrived the day after so not helpful for purpose intended which obviously was disappointing and annoying.

These are sturdy and useful for what they are intended for. My biggest issue is the protective covering on the prongs - once removed, it is basically impossible to keep track of them for reuse. It would be helpful if they came with a cover or sleeve. For the price, they definitely should include something. There are most certainly cheaper options on the market.

Not good at all for inserting any liquid concoction for chicken or turkey.

While these Turkey lifters were a decent deal and felt like material was ok, the plastic covers on each point were melted or adhered to the prongs and would not come off. We even tried cutting them off and they were stuck to the metal. Unfortunately, I didn't attempt to wash them and get them ready for turkey until the day of, so we were left hanging without turkey lifters at the last minute. If you try these, I recommend trying to take the plastic protective covers off well in advance in case they're stuck. Unable to review the durability since I was unable to use them.
