Great book, lots of recipes with explicit instructions. Cant go wrong if you are new to the cooker.
I Love My Recipe Book for My Instant Pot.
Imagine being able to make Minestrone soup or steaming chicken wings. When I read that you could make hummus with it, I couldnt believe it, but I guess all it meant was that you could cook the chickpeas in the Instapot and then you would have to blend it in the blender. Georgia Boiled Peanuts is a stand food. Using the saute function to make lentils. Using Instapot trivet to cook chicken and even BBQ it. Steaming lettuce for making wraps. Steaming Asparagus. I havent tried that before. The pictures of the finished dishes also show all the ingredients placed in an artistic manner on another accompanying board which almost makes it alternate presentation and choice to the eaters. Cheesecakes and custards.
Cute book for the price! Lots of recipes, photos on some recipes, simple and most are 10 minute cooking times. Many recipes look appealing unlike some cook books where the recipes are not feasible for daily cooking because they are so complex.
Lots of good recipes! Anxious to try several.of them! It is helpful to get as much out of my instant pot as possible and to simplify my cooking routine!
