These aids have helped with tinnitus and allows him to hear in crowds. Also he can hear the tv. And his turn signal in his vehicle. For people who can’t afford or don’t want pay lots for them these are good. They are rechargeable.

I've tried several brands of hearing aids over the past 6 years. These little units work the best of all. They fit well in my ear, charge quickly, and I can hear my grandchildren's laughter and conversations.

I bought these for my father he had no complaints the only problem with him keeps on coming out of his ear i just switched the rubber smaller size now it doesn't fall it fits good

I like that they are small and fit good. It does pick up noise around you, it took a while to get the hearing adjusted to not pickup so much background noise. Otherwise good but not great to what I expected, someone else might think differently.

I need 1 size smaller ear buds for the left ear, and there is no instruction for ordering more , although the booklet tells you to use new ones periodically. How does one order more buds or bells?

I have 3 pairs of prescription hearing aids and I hear better with these. The only real issue is with my inner ear itching from them and not being able to shoot my rifle when deer hunting. They don’t cancel out all the way without removing.

I was optimistic but after all I was noticing some significant hearing lose lately and it was $200 off. I gave it a chance and I was surprised how well they improved my hearing. Ive tried others that amplified but these actually worked! Their a keeper

I bought these for my dad. The main thing was that the ear pieces did not fit his ear. One of the ear buds continually fell out of his ear. It aggravated him more than help him to hear. I'm a little disappointed in the product after reading the mostly positive reviews.

i have a severe hearing loss and i tried these....I couldn't get them to work. it may be operator error but i think if there were more explicit instructions, I might have figured it out. I couldn't get a good fit and msybe that was the problem. i would recommend them if your hearing loss isnt severe and if proper directions to fit them in your ears was clearer.
