After many hours of searching and wanting to not break the bank, I chose these. My hearing loss is a bit more than most, with one ear having overall moderate-to-severe hearing loss, and the other having only a few frequencies in that moderate-to-severe loss
Amazing how well these work. I am currently invocation and my hearing aids failed. I bought these as a stop gap until I could get home and get fitted for a more expensive pair. I am amazed at how well they work! Great sound quality and volume with no feedback or scratching of any kind.
My husband's hearing aids stopped working today he can't get help due to the holiday. I ordered these for him and after a few tweaks they are wonderful! He's also happy they remove background noise. Great price too. Just what he needed and Thank you for delivering them today!
First hearing aids for me -- not sure they're the solution to my specific problem, but they're a good start. Worked fine out of the box and still functioning well after a few weeks of use. As other reviewers have noted, customer service sets them apart.

A real mistake and returned. They squealed constantly, no matter the setting. I tried every one of the troubleshooting suggestions with no success. If the feedback stopped for even a few seconds, it started back as soon as I moved my head. Using a phone was totally impossible. If the FDA and CBC class these as "hearing aids", somebody is enjoying extra income.
Could not understand how to turn off. The ear buds kept ringing even when charging. Directions not clear enough

I sent this back with in 72 hours. It seemed to be more of an amplifier than an hearing aid. Even with using the smallest earpiece it was still to big for my ears. The volume controls was hard to adjust. Since it was to big for my ears it was uncomfortable and cause menoain.
