These aids have helped with tinnitus and allows him to hear in crowds. Also he can hear the tv. And his turn signal in his vehicle. For people who can’t afford or don’t want pay lots for them these are good. They are rechargeable.
Great value for an easy to use product. Easy to set up and use. My mom and I were able to easily set these up and use them right away. She loves them.

I need 1 size smaller ear buds for the left ear, and there is no instruction for ordering more , although the booklet tells you to use new ones periodically. How does one order more buds or bells?
I have 3 pairs of prescription hearing aids and I hear better with these. The only real issue is with my inner ear itching from them and not being able to shoot my rifle when deer hunting. They don’t cancel out all the way without removing.
I like that they are small and fit good. It does pick up noise around you, it took a while to get the hearing adjusted to not pickup so much background noise. Otherwise good but not great to what I expected, someone else might think differently.
Need return label in order to return through fedex
I bought these for my dad. The main thing was that the ear pieces did not fit his ear. One of the ear buds continually fell out of his ear. It aggravated him more than help him to hear. I'm a little disappointed in the product after reading the mostly positive reviews.
My test was listing to a Sunday morning sermon. We have a new preacher who I have much trouble understanding. The volume is fine but I can only pick out about one word per sentence. I use them several times before Sunday, making adjustments. The aids failed the test so I got a refund. My hearing is suffering from 80 years of firearms, fireworks and chainsaws with no hearing protection. Got tinnitus too. And the sermons, I have heard them all before.
produces a hearing me it's pretty much irrelevant because it's too hard to cancel background noise and you adjust them to your hearing for hearing the TV and probably beneficial if you have a house very few people in it or blended family so there's a lot going on and too much noise background to adjust them able to make mine. so I'm returning them
