They work great when they're working , I have not had them very long the blue one quit working do these have a warranty?can I send them back for a replacement?

that the red one died after 1 use. Blue one also died yesterday on 12/23/2024. I would like them replaced asap.Since i am unable to hear. when they work, i absolutely love them. just disappointed these lastest a very short time. Please contact me if you have any questions about replacing them for me. Thank you, Kimberly

case or hearing aids would not charge. returning them and will not buy again. no customer support or detailed instructions. only had a quick start guide at best. would not recommend to anyone.
