While searching for a way to tenderize steaks and jerky meat, the methods ranged from using a meat tenderizer mallet to an expensive electrical tenderizer. I ordered this with some reservation but after having received it and used it I find it amazing!!! it's ease of use and cleaning coupled with the results of its tenderizing the meat exceeded what I hoped I might find.

This is essential after a successful hunt. Buck round steak is not tender. So, cut pieces 4" wide, 3/8" thick and push the edge into this machine. Turn the crank slowly and out of the bottom comes a tender minute steak. Ready for seasoning and a couple minutes in the pan. You won't regret it!

Bought for my dad and he really likes it! After struggling to eat meat, he can now tenderize it safely at home and enjoy cooked meals without the struggle.

seriously when we got it and saw the blades were plastic i said ughh bet we bring this back. oh NO, to our surprise it worked really well. white guard was a pain , it works easier without it. we cubed up 4 sirloin steaks for chicken fried steak! awesome deal. we love it. and arm was easy to turn as well! im a weak sr. and was worried i wouldnt have strength but it was easy for weak me!

Sure beets pounding them with a meat hand held hammer? Works great allready got them ready for the fry pan yum yum!

I can take an inexpensive cut of meat, tenderize it an add good seasoning on it and it taste just like an expensive piece of meat ,
