We've been buying Iams large breed forever, and our picky German Shepherd Dog has decided she will no longer eat large kibble pieces. I compared the large breed food to this, and it stacked up pretty well so I gave it a try. So far, it's a big hit! Who would have thought the kibble size would make or break things?! After trying small dog food (when my mom and her miniature Schnauzer came to stay with us for a while), our big girl decided the size did matter. Hahaha. Dogs are so weird! Anyhow, this is the perfect compromise. It's nutritionally sound, and features smaller pieces. This is high quality dog food that we highly recommend! We've been buying Iams for 6 years and our German Shepherd Dog has maintained good health the entire time.

When Iams discontinued their earlier high protein line of food, I was so disappointed. My Aussies did amazing on it. Now that they've come out with this new version I'm ecstatic! My dogs love it and I love the simple ingredient list with chicken and chicken meal as the main ingredients. This is everything I want in a dog food at a great price point.

Our blind (for 4 years) mini border collie loves this flavor, even more than her usual Iams Healty Digestion brand, and after two weeks her hair feels softer, her tummy functions seem as good as ever, and her attitude is great. Even the stray cat snuck in and had a meal of it (to which I gave him some cat food right then.) I chose this formula because it had the higher proteins but she LOVES the flavor.

Love the nutrition for my dog.. but if you order online for shipping do NOT order with anything else.. for whatever reason packers have no sense of itemized damages.. the 40%23 bag of dog food will CRUSH anything else in the box.

My three German Shepherd's absolutely love this dry dog food. I also air fry a chicken breast skinless and cut it up and give it to them for their dinner. Mix with the dry and they go absolutely nuts for it and it's very healthy

My dog stopped being interested in his food after his brother died and he lost a lot of weight. This has helped his appetite come back and im hoping the extra calories will help him gain weight.

Iams is a great product. My fur baby loves it. My fur baby enjoys the flavor. The amount per bag is fair. My fur babies coat is shiny and full. My go to meal

My dog loved the taste and it was fine on his tummy. I actually think he seems a bit less lazy, and has more energy. Iams is a brand we have always used and haven't been let down yet.

I picked up this dog food on June 11. I have been introducing this dog food to my pets, mixing a little at a time with the other dog food. I looked at the best by date and it was before I picked it up, May 27. I am returning it to Walmart.
