Hard to find in some places
I love coarse corn meal, it adds a texture and flavor that I feel really contributes to a variety of bread products. Sometimes I use it to prevent sticking but a lot of the time I add it to add a texture and crunch to the bottom of the baked product. Even combining it with other grinds of corn flour work quite well.

Iberia: Always great quality!
Iberia is always my first choice when it's available. I use the fine corn meal to make polenta for my baby, and it comes out perfect every time. This time, I'm trying the coarse yellow corn meal, can't wait to see if she likes it too. I'm sure Iberia's quality won't disappoint!
