This is a great chair! We aren't feeling much heat on the calves like we are supposed to be, but everything else is great! We have seven in our family and everyone gets plenty if use out if it. We haven't even had to do much navigating on all the features because we all found auto settings that we enjoy. We have five kiddos and this is so great when they are done with sporting activities.

I love this chair! I use it almost daily. Only a couple of downsides. Doesnt work top of shoulders well, but does work back and neck some. Not as hard as I would like but still pretty good. Also does not massage backs of legs. Massages feet and air pressure to sides of calfs. Overall this chair is very worth every penny!

I recently purchased a iBoomas IT-9777 massage chair and really enjoy this chair. Unlike the VERY negative experience with a different co. and chair, this iBoomas chair has been great. It seems sturdy and very well built with no issues to set up and worked great right out of the box. Very comfortable and I fit in it as well. I am 6ft-1 and 265lbs. The other chair I could barely Squeeze my shoulders into it and felt very cramped. Not in this one. in the IT-9777 My Shoulders fit in and feel very comfortable. In addition, I had several questions and reached out Customer support via email. They were very prompt with reply's and stayed with me until my questions were answered. Very happy customer. First of all, I'm really satisfying with this IbooMas massage chair. I tried all preset 12 Programs and I'm enjoying everyday. I already recommended to few of my friends and family, after they tried mine, they willing to get one for their self too. Only thing I don't like is AI Voice volume is little loud, so I always put volume off.

I was gift for my wife. It arrived a day late without a phone call from the driver. But overall I love the product.

We absolutely love it. It is so nice I definitely recommend it. Especially I make my kids and visitors do chores before use. Heehee but it works great.

the massage is great the chair was easy to assemble. my biggest complaint is that it is a not a comfortable chair to sit in. the arms are way too high and I feel like I'm sitting in a bucket. and that makes it difficult to use your arms while you're sitting in there getting a massage. I realize that it is designed to put your arms in the slots for the airbag to massage them as well but sometimes I want my arms free. now if they can incorporate these features into a chair that actually sits like a chair, they would really have something that I would be more interested in purchasing.

I'm returning this chair because I need a chair that allows my lower extremities to be elevated. It does an ok job of massage. I'm can't turn the voice off. I would like a chair that has a "sleep mode". I can't stay in the chair because it basically dumps u out of the chair, returns to a seated position %26 tells u to restart. Back heat is ok...can't feel the leg heat at all.... I had a hard time putting it together by myself. Two is needed b/c I'm 71 yrs old... still looking for the right chair.

I wouldn't recommend this item because I returned it without opening the box and I am having a difficult time recovering my refund from the seller. This seller refused to acknowledge my return. Even though the seller set- up arrangements for the Pilot trucking co. to pick the chair up, and I have the manifest from the trucking co. and once it was delivered, someone signed for it. The received the massage chair 1/13/26, and they're still trying to keep my money of $1,420.28. If you don't want this to happen to you, than you should avoid buying anything from this seller, "IBOOMAS." Business Name: Fuzhoufengshimaoyiyouxlangongsi Also, Corporate Walmart should talk some responsibility for those that use their name to sell their products. I have contacted Corporate Walmart multiple times and the agents all tell me that they will expedite the the request and I should receive a refund within 10 business days, and I still don't have my refund. That's just too much money for this company to keep after receiving their product back
