My mother is on a limited income. 5 years ago she bought a $5000 pair of hearing aids that went behind her ears. But in that time she needed to start wearing oxygen. She would not wear her hearing aids because they would fall out when she would remove the oxygen and she was afraid she would lose them. She went back to the place she got her original hearing aids and they wanted another $5000 to get hearing aids that go in the ear canal. She didn't want to spend the money and her insurance would not cover any of it. The first pair they did cover some of it. I was talking to a friend who said get them from Walmart. They work great. It was an adjustment to teach a 91 y/o how to put them in. But she likes them much better and is willing to wear her hearing aids again! Which I greatly appreciate.
Had a problem with hearing aids and Ina with customer support was very helpful in resolving the problem in a timely manner. Very pleased with her help.
I bought these hearing aids for my stepmom. She's a very small woman with very small ear canals. She's been having trouble hearing for a few years and had lost one of her hearing aids so I bought these to try to replace until we could get her a better pair and she loves them. She said she hears really well. We don't have to shout anymore and at the age of 92 I think we'll keep these instead of having to worry about paying top dollar the ease of use for her is great. I have to help her turn up the volume. That's not so easy but as far as just turning them off to plug them in and then turning them on to put them in in the morning, she can handle that just fine.
they work good at first left one work great but red one charge doesn't work any more have to use red one on left charge to work
Good for the price
Not sure how I would or should rate these hearing aids as I returned them unopened and never used.
They didn't seem to fit right and not comfortable. There was a lot of whining background noise also, really not for me.
Drop by accident, not working, how can I replace it
Too difficult to charge and it is not working
Unfortunately cannot use them, my arthritic hands cannot pick up and apply the small plastic covers.
