they do pay for reviews so be careful ten bucks doesn't mean much to me. this came well assembled. the only thing I can complain about is the ssd. they used from what i can see I no name ssd. it does work correctly though so given the current situation I wouldnt dock it much for that, otherwise everything appears correct and seems to work correctly. the ram is 5200 which people say is slow but it works fine for me. i get 200ish fps in the finals everything but ray tracing on max so idk how much ram speed matters. i bought this for 1600 and was surprised they weren't charging 2000. I'm sure they get some bulk deals
The unboxing and setup went smoothly, everything works great! At $1750, the value of this prebuit is amazing. Walmart asked me to rate the keyboard, but in fairness I haven't used it, it's still in the box.
This is my second iBUYPOWER. It was advertised to have 32gb ddr5 5200hz memory and WiFi 5. This unit showed up with the updated R2 motherboard with duel antenna WiFi 6e and 6400hz memory. Two very big worthwhile upgrades. The other iBUYPOWER which was purchased elsewhere advertised the same WiFi and memory specs but also came with the R2 updated board with WiFi 6e and it came with 6000hz memory. Both systems have worked fantastic and I guess what I'm saying is they list minimum spec but use quality components. One came with a MSI inspire GPU and the other a ASUS Prime GPU. Highly recommend. If you catch them on a good sale absolutely can't go wrong.
I've been very impressed with the Y40 Gaming PC. The build I got came with the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, Radeon RX 9070 XT, and 32GB DDR5 RAM, and it has exceeded my expectations. The Y40 case looks fantastic. Gaming performance is outstanding. It handles everything I've thrown at it at 1440p on ultra settings with very high frame rates, and it's more than capable of smooth 4K gaming as well. It's been an excellent purchase, and I couldn't be happier.
I purchased my iBUYPOWER PC at Walmart during a sale that actually brought the price down to last year's prices. This is my first PC and I am extremely happy with it so far. It came with simple instructions that were easy to follow and I was able to get up and running quickly. I have to say, I couldn't beat the value for the price!
I've been following HYTE for a while and got so excited to see the Y40 case in a whole PC. The setup looks nice and none of my games are lagging anymore. 10/10!
i just got it and it seems good but its only been half a day
This PC is currently smashing every game at 1440p. For example avg of 179 fps max settings in AC Valhalla.
This iBUYPOWER gaming PC is defective. It had an AMD driver timeout and now Windows 11 is stuck in a recovery loop with error code 8007139f. It cannot boot normally into Windows. I would like a return or replacement.
Had to return it. At start up, it went into unfixable "repair" loop. I tried everything. Customer service unresponsive during weekend.
