If you looked into this matter more closely you would know that I did receive the shade sail on time and have it still in the bag, because I have been waiting since April 26, 2026 for the hardware to hang it.
I received a text message as well as an email yesteerday stating that the hardware kit was delivered at 2:28 pm on Sunday the 10th.
It has not been delivered and I reported it 3 times between yesterday and today. Your foreign associates(2of them) I couldn't understand because of their poor use of the English language. As well as them then telling me they could not hear me. My phone was and is working just fine but wherever in the world they are located obviosly have phone connectivity issues.
The professional and English speaking Sir named Ziad was most understanding and extremely helpful resolving this issue. He informed me that they have been receiving numerous callins from customers about this awful delivery service you have been using...Probably because it was a cheaper service since WalMArt doesn't make much money , HAHA!, He immediatly issued me the refund for the hardware not received. He is reordering the kit for me and told me I would be hearing back from him soon.
