This is 1 of my absolute favorite sugar free spearmint flavored chewing gums on the market despite it's a bit pricier than I prefer the 100 pcs pouch because it's a much better value than the bulky, inconvenient plastic container that only has 40pcs. I also prefer the resealable ziploc seal bag that it comes in because it helps maintain the freshness longer. And I love the fact that Xylitol is the primary ingredient because it helps fight cavities, it protects tooth enamel, %26 it doesn't have the nasty aspa taste sugar free gum that contains aspartame
