Tastes Great and Less Filling - Low Calorie Mints
These Ice Breakers Mints variety are one of my favorites because there are mixed flavors in one package rather than needing to buy a few packs just to get the same thing. I use these as after dinner mints to give me that sweetness I desire after a meal but keep the calories low and sugar at bay. If you eat too many you can get some stomach discomfort and need to go but I actually use that to my advantage to aid with going and use this as a night snack in combination with taking some Senna-S. These are pretty small so kids might need supervision to prevent swallowing them. I simply use a swishing motion then suck it to get the intense concentrated flavor but sometimes I will use them as a breath mint and allow them to slowly dissolve over a period of time. These are really good and I always have some in my "Ice Breakers" drawer :)

I like the Ice Breaker Sours the most of all of their tastes. Nice Sour flavor without being to sour.
