Cool and Fresh
Perfect size for a small picnic. We were on a five-hour flight and had packed a small lunch of ham and cheese sandwiches on little slices of French bread for our arrival at the hotel. The Ice-Brix kept them cool and fresh.

Not filled with thick gel, fills/sounds like water, and lots of air, about 1/2 filled with air. very small, actual demensions are 5" L, 2.5" W, .5" D.

Disappointed
These bags are made by the same conpany but are so small. Maybe they would surfice for a small are or for headaches but not joint pain.
