Ice cream Sheet Cake

The older gentleman that made this cake at the Raleogu walmart DEFINITELY knew what he was doing! i believe his name was Denby. I was so nervous to order this cake because of the mixed reviews but if you are on the fence call your Walmart and make sure they have an experienced Baker this cake came out looking exactly like the photo in every way everyone loved it and it was perfect for my son's fortnite themed party. we could not afford a fortnite themed cake so we ordered a Topper from Etsy and it worked out perfect

Minimum of 72 hrs notice to place this order is required. The cake was delicious whipped cream frosting and chocolate cake with Bavarian cream inside. Roller skating party fed 18 kids plus parents. 24 pieces. The kids loved the gumballs and swirls. A definite hit🎂

The cake was good for the price. I wish that you guys would put more design options online. My overall experience was pretty good. The bakery worker wasn't the nicest person. I had been waiting at least 5-7 mins and she and some other employees were in the area where the fried food was and as soon as I opened my mouth to ask her if she could get an employee from the bakery for me she not so nicely said someone will be right with you and didn't even let me get a word out! Granted she wasn't overly rude, but she could have definitely been nicer.

Cake was delicious but the heading very misleading. I wanted to buy an ice cream birthday cake, a sheet of cake on top of a sheet of ice cream birthday. But I got a sheet of cake with an ice cream cone on top of icing. You need to correct this cakes description, according to the deli worker I'm not the first to be fooled

I thought that I had selected a marble cake but instead it was yellow. I have tried looking in my email and details of the cake but it doesn't show my order details. I would never purposely select a yellow cake, but I may have by accident. However, the yellow cake was very dry. Usually, the cake we get are moist. We were all disappointed in this one.

cake was dry and flavorless. the writing that i had put on the cake was like a toddler wrote it. it looked shakey and the words were all different some cursive and some printed. i had to cover it up with sprinkles and candles to hide the writing.

We ordered this cake for our son and it was to read happy birthday with hearts on both sides of his name. Instead, we received the cake with? On both sides of the name making this cake look more like a gender reveal cake for a 16-year-old boy. I (thought) I was ordering an ICE CREAM CAKE, for an 82 year old mom, instead I got an "ice cream cake" a regular cake with a nasty ice cream cone filled with so much icing no one could eat it, (it was made for a kid I suppose). We did not buy any ice cream as we thought this was an ice cream cake, its not, its a regular cake that has an ice cream cone and gumballs covering it, not exactly what I needed for an 80 plus year old bd party. My fault, won't happen again, lesson learned.

The description says ice cream cake, so I thought it was actually an ice cream cake. It turns out that the cake was decorated like ice cream. It should be more clear in the description. The cake was also over cooked and some of the decorations were made of plastic which my granddaughter ended up biting into it. I was very disappointed.

The cake taste fine. It was just the ugliest thing I've ever ordered. Looked nothing like the picture, and like a preschooler did the handwriting. If your decorators can't do something....don't offer it. I've ordered cakes at the Southgate location, and Sandusky Mi locations. Both are always great. Sandusky always does incredible cakes. This location should be embarrassed. Never again!
