the quality of this product is good, do not fix on my face. mouth and nose space don't fix in my face. the space for the eyes fixes.

Bought as gift. Mask is large for smaller built people. Told it works well. Very cooling to open facial pores!

The lower strap is very uncomfortable, should've used a different Velcro closure.

This is an almost excellent mask for treating facial injuries, especially if you're a senior who is prone to falls! It might also help you get better looking every day but that's NOT why it was purchased. The single problem that we encountered was that the plastic covering on the face mask has a tendency to crack along the mask's edge and leak out pellets. This is fixable with clear 2-inch-wide packing tape, not the cellophane type. Freezing and refreezing don't appear to affect this DIY fix negatively. The ice mask has not had the cracking problem but if it does in the future, you have a solution if you read this review and if it happens to your purchase.

Great help to my sinus problam

While it felt great and was very relaxing, it was on a limited time. Once the beads begin to thaw, the mask starts dripping. I need to relax without getting wet.
