Loving my Ice Machine, expected much less than what I got. Makes ice very quick, one tank is incorporated and has an extra one for better functionality. The self cleaning function is a total plus. The ice remains in the storage bin for a good period of time before starting to melt, the nuggets size and texture are the best part . Excellent for keeping ice during gatherings.
Ice maker machine arrived quickly. Inside the box was the ice maker, an ice scoop, the instruction book, the side attachment water reservoir and its base. I washed all the parts as needed and added water to the bottom of the ice machine to the max fill line, plugged it in and pushed the on button and then pushed the make ice button it's that easy, it began pulling up the water into the machine and in about 10 minutes it started making the ice, the ice nuggets fall into the collection bin as they are made like 6 or so nuggets at a time in small intervals instead of 1 bigger batch, they are a flat rectangle nugget shape and are very chewable. The machine has a light inside the ice collection bin which stays lit while it's making the ice. It took about 1 hour to get 1/2 way full in 2 hours I'd say you get a full bins of nuggets. The full max fill gets you about 1 bins worth of nuggets. The unit turns off after it has run out of water, which is great. The extra reservoir is great for party's. The machine is very heavy and did fit just underneath my cabinets on counter. This machine is soooooo quiet you barely know it's running unless you're standing right next to it which is a plus for me.
This item works very nice and makes plenty of McDonalds style ice which are small enough to chew. Starts making ice in 6 minutes and is full in a out an hour. The auxiliary tank is optional and really is y needed unless you make lots of ice. Self cleaning is a nice feature as well! I definitely recommend this as the stainless steel is easy to clean and it looks awesome 👍
I recently purchased this countertop nugget ice maker and it has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. The machine produces soft, chewable nugget ice in as little as 6 minutes, which is perfect for cold drinks, smoothies, and entertaining guests. The texture of the ice is just like the kind you get at restaurants or cafés — crunchy, soft, and satisfying to chew. One of the standout features is the impressive 44 lbs daily ice production. The large water tank means fewer refills, compact countertop design fits nicely without taking up too much space. I also appreciate the self-cleaning function, which will make maintenance quick and easy. The controls are simple to use, and the machine runs quieter than expected. Whether for home use, camping trips, RV travel, or parties, this ice maker delivers reliable performance and convenience. Overall, this nugget ice maker offers excellent value for the price. If you love chewable ice and want fast, consistent ice production, this machine is definitely worth considering.
I recently started making morning juices and having this machine has helped me a lot. Now i have filtered iced and its chewable perfect for home made juices
I've owned several nugget ice makers. This would be one of the nicest. Easy to assemble. Compact not bulky. Very quite. Produces great ice.
Im going to give this item 3 stars just because I didn't get any instructions or user manual, Walmart didn't have a digital one and the company has yet to get back to me. Thankfully I watched a YouTube video on how to fix what I needed which was how to connect the extra water tank to the machine. So if you order and don't know, pull the one marked tank really hard and it will release. Just be careful not to pull so hard it tears or rips. And then connect it to spout on the back of extra tank. Sure while that may seem self explainitory, I wasn't sure how to get tube off because it was not coming off and I didn't want to mess up tube. So review of machine itself. The presentation is nice stainless steel and black with blue plastic. It's HUGE. This is the biggest ice machine I've ever seen. So be sure to have space on the counter or a cabinet just for it. Once we got everything hooked up and ready, it took longer than 8 minutes to make half(being generous calling it that) the container. Definitely not like images and presentations. Eventually it started picking up more. Now this could be because it was first use but tread with caution. Personally it works for me as we don't use a lot of ice around here. I got it for my husband and my daughter who like ice in their drinks. Overall it's pretty decent.
broke the frist time i used it. the ice freezes up and stops making ice. makes loud grinding sound once it all freezes up. dont buy biggest waste of money. cheap made. ice bin super super small. dont buy very disappointed
What an awesome machine!!! it lasted a little over 2 hours and made about a third of a basket of ice. then it stopped and no matter what I can't get it to begin making ice again. I highly recommend this machine, to go straight to the trash Heap. I only wish I could leave it negative Stars. I'm a senior citizen on a very limited budget and saved for this for some time. seriously? not even half a day that it worked? POS
made ice like a charm for 2.5 wks then totally STOPPED... wouldnt suck water in was full of water no clogs in lines or anything... Just STOPPED...
