Also u can adjust your strength level and comes with a fruit infusion tube (removable) for flavored teas . How great is that. Answer: PRETTY GREAT! Makes a great product and saves you $$$ that you don't have to spend you can make yourself for you and friends/family. If you like iced coffee or iced tea flavored or not (and the flavoring you can really come up with so many strawberry, peach, blueberry,and lemon (or combinations ) that's just a few I mentioned. Easy to use and the tea tastes great. It has a delicate looking glass handle and it's tall for my refrigerator. I pour the fresh tea into a rubbermaid pitcher with a tight lid for using after brewing. Safer for me than always manipulating the thin glass handles

easy to use and clean. worth the money. you could get an ice tea maker cheaper but it won't have a removable washable filter and a brew strength selector. also glass sturdy pitcher.

I love this iced tea maker! It's perfect for macking iced Chai, black or green tea, with Chai being my favorite!

Glass pitcher is very thin glass, already cracked it so I ordered another one. other than that, its a nice tea maker.

I was looking for a tea maker that makes more than a standard coffee maker, because I was using a coffee maker and our household goes through around 2 gallons of tea a day. This says it makes 2 quarts at a time, but it actually makes less than the coffee maker. You can only fill the reservoir halfway so I still end up brewing off and on all day. Just as easy to just put ice in the pitcher you use. Maybe just me, but I'm disappointed

I expected that I could fill the resevoir with a full picture of water and instead I created a mess as the water poured out of two holes in the back of the device. Not at all what I need. plan on returning it today.

This tea maker arrived with damaged under basket part. The broken pieces were in a reasonable place but box was not damaged.
