We live full time in our RV and our last ice maker (a different brand) stopped working after 18 months, but while it worked it was great. So we were apprehensive about purchasing a different brand, but so glad we did. This Iceman is relatively quiet, makes ice quickly and is easy to clean. Totally recommend this.

after finally receiving the ice machine, i am extremely pleased with it's performance. both ice sizes are perfect. some of my friends have another brand that only makes one size ice. i purchased this one at a 30 $ discount. i got a really great bagain for my money in my book. the texture of the ice is perfect for my ice munching also. the days of fedex delaying my delivery was for sure worth the wait. i now can have my ice and eat it too. i recommend this item to anyone looking for a good ice machine.

I love it. I use my ice machine every day. This is the best gift I've received thus far. The amount of time it takes to make ice. It's a little longer than 20 minutes to fill the bucket. But, it's well worth the wait. It's perfect for small gatherings.

Works well. Would recommend getting ice maker cleaner to run through in when you run the cleaning cycle. If you have very hard water make sure to clean off the sensors that tells yhe machine it's full or it won't make ice. Found that out the hard way.

i have only had to use thisachine a couple of times, but I love it! Quiet, quick, and so handy. i fill a gallon baggie with cubes and save freezer space and inconvenience of having to stop at the store every few days to get more ice. It takes a bit longer than 6 minutes to get enough ice for one cold drink, but not much longer.

The first one looked like it had been used. It stopped making ice and made a loud noise. They sent me a replacement. It started out good but not even a month with it, and it took a whole day to make a little ice. Save your money do not buy this item.

Was super excited because we go through so much ice! The first week was great! However after that it is extremely hard to clean. After a month it has mold in places that are impossible to clean (we kept the lid closed, used filtered water and used the clean setting on it often). Also it has a shut off feature for when it gets low on water, after about two weeks that stopped working and now it just shoots out tiny slivers of ice when it is low. It seems like a nice bargain counter top ice maker but I really wish I would have spent a little more money and got something different.
